This luxury villa is located in Argaka and is a luxury, stone-built, villa with a very large pool and a tennis court.This villa lies on the edge of the Paphos forest and it overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. It provides a beautiful mountain view. Its' location is perfect to explore the neighboring areas of the west cost.

Nestled in lusciously green orange groves it offers both sea and mountain views.On entering you will find an open plan ground floor, the living area is tastefully furnished and has a useable fireplace, for entertainment there is a television with satellite (limited channels) and DVD player. The dining area has a formal dining table and six chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and wine cooler. The first bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room is situated on the ground floor along with a separate cloakroom. The remaining three double bedrooms each with ensuite facilities and a private balcony are located on the first floor. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom.

The Polis / Argaka area

Argaka is an unspoilt Cypriot village situated between the sea and the mountain slopes. It is home to many good restaurants. Argaka has a sandy beach with clear warm sea. Views of the sunset over the Akamas Peninsula are outstanding. The tavernas are welcoming and very good value and there are two small supermarkets. About 2 minutes drive from the villa lies the small town of Polis with its attractive main square where it is a pleasure to linger with a cool drink and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The town offers many restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a bank, post office, pharmacy, hairdresser and many interesting shops. Just a few kilometres further west is the small town of Latchi with its attractive harbour and well known restaurants serving a wide choice of food including many varieties of freshly caught fish. There is a water sports centre and boat hire..

There are lots of activities in Polis and Latchi ranging from water sports, boat trips, fishing, go-karting, mini golf, nature walks, historical sites such as the Baths of Aphrodite, Bowling, Safari's, Sunbathing on the natural beaches, Cycle routes and much more.

Within walking distance there are several local tavernas and an Irish bar offering live entertainment and reasonably priced meals. There is also a bakery and 3 mini markets in the village or travel 5 minutes by car to Polis for the main supermarket and a variety or good restaurants and banks. Latchi is about 15 minutes by car and worth a visit for a good selection of restaurants serving freshly caught fish in the harbour.

Situated in the sleepy hillside village of Argaka, these villas offer the ideal location for complete relaxation with the advantage of being only a 10 minute drive away from the more lively Polis and Latchi with it's beautiful harbour and many tavernas. Directions from Paphos Airport

Drive from Paphos Airport (there is only one way out) until the T junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about 1 km turn right and drive North, then after 1 km turn left to join the new motorway (A6) to Paphos.

At the end of the motorway you will find a roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit to Polis (B7).

You will pass through (or by) the villages of Mesogi, Tsada and Stroumpi, Yiolou Skoulli in sequence.

You will arrive in Polis approx 30 min (from the end of the motorway)

As you enter Polis outskirts there is an EKO Petrol station on your left you will see signs directing you right towards Argaka, Pomos, Pyrgos. Turn right.

Drive straight on, you will see Papantoniou supermarket on your right (large yellow and green sign) immediately followed by another petrol station. Shortly after on the left you will pass a large school.

You will then come out of Polis and into Limni and pass a Go-Kart and crazy golf centre on your right, the sea is to your left, this is the coast road. 3.5 KM after the Go-Kart track pass the Halfway House Taverna on your right and a bakers on your left, you will see a Kiosk on the corner on your right. Follow the road until you see the St Barbara's Restaurant on your left, turn right just before the restaurant. Follow the road up and round, bearing left. When you come to the T-Junction, turn left. After a few hundred metres, take your second left and the villa is approx 100 metres on the right by the Tennis Court.
