The Garden suite is an annex which is attached to the owners house but is completely self-contained with its own separate front door and rear door to the garden. You have total privacy from the owners house.

The garden is totally enclosed and pet friendly- it is also for your exclusive use throughout your stay.

The suite comprises an extremely large main room equipped with solid oak furnishings of bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, Leather sofa, table and chairs, LCD TV/ satellite, a separate ensuite/bathroom equipped with shower and a separate kitchen area fully equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, combi microwave,fridge with freezer, kettle toaster etc.

Wifi is provided free.

For added luxury, you get the use of his and hers bathrobes and slippers.

Outside you have your own large rear garden which has a brand new hot tub with a wooden gazebo for privacy, a new high quality rattan suite and a new top end gas BBQ for your exclusive use- no sharing the hot tub as in a hotel.

As an optional extra why not order a special cream tea for 2 on your arrival to enjoy either inside the suite whilst looking out at the garden or if the sun is out in the garden itself.

The suite is situated a very short walk from the village centre of Rhuddlan in North Wales just to the rear of The Ancient Castle and near to the river Clwyd. Within a 5 minute walk you have the choice of 4 pubs all of which serve food, a very high quality Indian restaurant, a good Chinese restaurant, a Table table restaurant, an American diner, plus numerous takeaways and tea rooms.

The suite is at the start of a farm lane which leads onto numerous country walks down the river side with a number of cycle tracks for your pleasure.

The owners also will provide free, use of their Tandem bike for guests or separate mountain bikes to enable you to enjoy the paths. You are welcome to bring your own bikes and secure storage is available plus washing facilities if required.

A full welcome pack is also provided to help you settle in on arrival.

On road parking is provided for guests.

The suite is suitable for disabled visitors as it is a ground floor suite on one level.

Wonderful trip

On the day of arrival we had the afternoon tea, served by Marianne. It was really great and definitely worth the money. After that we had complete privacy, and the suite was absolutely gorgeous. The hot tub is perfect for relaxing, and is really private, not overlooked at all. At night its really quiet and the bed is really comfortable. There is a castle just around the corner and plenty of pubs in the vicinity. We had no need to ask Marianne for any assistance during our stay, but I'm sure she would have been more than obliging. Overall a fantastic mini break, would definitely stay again. Vicky, Josh and Ellie x

Comfortable, clean & tidy, everything thought of... all you need is there.

Location ideal for exploring North Wales. Hosts Marianne & Mike are lovely. Hot tub great for relaxing in after a day out exploring, facilities well maintained very comfortable, kitchen well appointed with all you need along with addition of great barbecue.

Immaculate bolt hole in wales

Great relaxing place to stay!!

This holiday home is of great standard.. Cosy and in a lovely spot.. The surrounding area was great to explore, with the best garden to relax in afterwards.. The hot tub is a welcome treat after a long trek out.. All 3 of us enjoyed our days here.. Will definitely be booking again.. Thank you for a lovely welcoming place to stay..

An Excellent Gem of a Place...

The place is very easy to book, organise and find in a very peaceful area with safe parking.

Although the house next door is very close you don't hear or see the owners at all. The facilities are excellent with a big bathroom, ample kitchen and very comfy bed.

All the stuff you could need is there in the kitchen and everything is easy to use.

The hot tub is amazing aswell! It's so easy to use and is very comfy. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending the place or using it again.
