Benavista is a small gated ,low rise and quiet community built in a traditional Andalucian style, next to the golf courses of El Paraiso and many more.. It is set in immaculate grounds with fruit trees, shrubs, palm trees and flowers, It is located on the "New Golden Mile" with some brilliant beach bars such as Pepes, La Antigua, Salduna and more all close by. It`s a 2 min walk from a good variety of cafés, bars, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a 24 hour pharmacy. It`s a 10 min walk to the closest beach. Los Arcos family bar, outside play area and bowling green 2 mins walk away - great and safe for children of all ages. Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona 15 min away by bus/car/taxi. Beautiful beaches and the lovely local town of San Pedro are 5min bus/drive/taxi away. Gibraltar is a 45 minute drive away. We have a pleasant communal pool with sun loungers. Deep and shallow ends plus splash pool for children. Two spacious bedrooms upstairs - bedroom 1 with a king size bed, new furniture and large outside balcony, bedroom 2 with two single beds & juliette balcony. Both bedrooms with built in wardrobes. Bedrooms have electric shutters. Upstairs bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Upstairs and downstairs terraces which are south facing so receive full sun all day. Large open planned kitchen / lounge / diner with downstairs toilet / wash basin. Fully air con. Open plan modern kitchen with cooker with hob & extractor, Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, SMART large flat screen TV (with 185 freeview channels from around the world such as the BBC (skyNews, CBBC Film4 etc), Hi-fi, DVD player and parking. WIFI . Downstairs toilet & sink. Outside secure walled garden with built in BBQ with good butchers / supermarkets in walking distance who supply great BBQ food. The downstairs covered terrace has secure gates to enable storage on the patio of golf clubs, pushchairs etc.
NO PETS OR SMOKING INSIDE.
Check in/out in high season is SATURDAY only. key pick up outside of office hours incurs an additional charge of €25.

Beautiful house
We spent 2 weeks in july 2018. The house is very confortable and practical. All we need is available. The nice swiming pool is around 50m from the location. The house is quiet even if the road is not so far. All comodities are near the location (market, restaurant, beach). We can access easily by feet. Many cities around are very attractives. I recommand this location. Many thanks to Alison & Shirley who help us to spend very nice holidays.

Bel appartement
L'appartement est dans une résidence fermée et au calme. Tout est compris comme indiqué dans le descriptif (wifi, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, draps, linges...). Grande chambre matrimoniale et une autre chambre avec 2 petits lits, idéal pour une famille. Moustiquaires sur chaque fenêtres, très pratique. Les 2 salles de bains sont vieillotes et méritent une bonne renovation, dommage. Sinon le reste était parfait, belle terrasse et jardin avec barbecue. Attention au ménage, très sale à notre arrivée, nous avons dû tout nettoyer avant de nous y installer. La piscine est grande et très bien entretenue. Avec chaises longues et parasols. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter. Il y a une plage à moins de 10 min à pied et Marbella ou Puerto Banus sont à 10 minutes en voiture. Places de parking à l'extérieur de la residence.

Entspannter Urlaub in Andalusien
Wir haben in diesem schönen Haus erholsame Ferien verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer gepflegten Urbanisation in direkter Nähe zur Schnellstraße. In nächster Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist einladend und entschädigt für den nicht so schönen Strandabschnitt.
