About the property

6 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms with heated pool and open views of countryside

This is a beautiful, characterful farmhouse with plenty of space for families to share. It has large reception rooms and a large, cosy farmhouse kitchen which opens onto a pergola for outside dining. It is set in over 6000m2 of garden with totally open, private views, being located at the end of a small country lane. There are fruit trees and a boules pitch as well as the heated pool at the back of the house. The small village of St Martin is just 3km from the house.

With over 300m2 of living space on two floors, there is space for up to 12 guests. There are two double bedrooms with one shared shower room, then a further two double bedrooms and a twin room which share a shower room on the same floor. There is then a loft area with a double bed and this has a shower room and toilet on the floor below. There is also a self-contained studio for a nanny or elderly person.

The house has all washing facilities, WIFI, TV, DVD and an iPhone dock.

This is a great holiday destination for families wishing to escape the crowds, be completely private and yet within easy distance of beaches, golf courses and cosmopolitan resorts such as Biarritz, Hossegor and San Sebastian ( Spain)

tranquil, beautiful place

My family loved our week here. the farmhouse is spacious and well maintained , with a lovely pool. Near to the amazing surf beaches and Biarritz and the Basque country. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
