4 Bedroom Cottage Within Easy Access Of Private Beach

4 bedroom cottage with large secure garden suitable for two families or couples seeking a retreat by the sea. There are four bedrooms comprising two standard double rooms, one with wash basin, and two rooms with bunk beds. There is a bathroom upstairs with a shower and a bath plus downstairs cloakroom. Downstairs is a main sitting room with TV and log burner, and a large kitchen/diner with additional seating and an additional TV. The kitchen is equipped with a large range cooker, washing machine and tumble drier, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. WiFi is included. The garden has a small summer house, a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. There is also an outdoor shower to clean sandy feet or dirty dogs! There is ample parking for two cars.

We spent 4 days over Christmas, celebrating the holidays and a family wedding. The accommodation was great, the location excellent - literally a minute or two to the beach and a convenience store and good pub same distance in the other direction. House is very well equipped, spacious and though offers a friendly, relaxed and quiet environment has all the modern touches that families in 21st century need on a holiday. Would highly recommend

Beautiful house in great location

There were 8 of us for a week with adults and children and we loved the open plan kitchen with dining area and sitting area with TV but with a separate cosy sitting room for movie nights. Just 5 minutes walk along private road to private beach where we had several beach days with swimming and sand castle building. The pictures do not do the house or beach justice as even better than we had hoped for. Would recommend for sure but also keep this our secret for better chance of future bookings.

Great house

A great property for 8 of us friends to stay at. A very comfortable house with a fabulous open plan area for us to socialise in. We were blessed with sunny weather and the garden was a lovely sun trap for us to catch some rays in. A very quick walk to the beach made the location of this house ideal. Would highly recommend. Thank you for the warm welcome too!

Perfect weekend break!

The house is in the ideal location. Beautiful house, loads of room. The kitchen area is a very social space. Bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Very dog friendly area with the beach a 1 minute walk away. Loved our stay and would come again. Thank you!

Great house, fantastic location

We were so impressed with the house and garden, and then went to the beach ( within 5 mins or less) and what a wow! Loads to do within the relative local area, particularly enjoyed Worthing and Portsmouth! Will definitely come again!

Wonderful house to stay. We had 2 family's in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us. Great location being only 100yards from the beach, which our children really enjoyed.

Within easy reach are many tourist attractions, including Bognor Regis with seaside entertainment, Brighton, Worthing, Arundel with its castle, antique shops and Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust reserve, Chichester with its cathedral and Festival Theatre, Goodwood, West Wittering and The South Downs for scenic walks. Historic naval Portsmouth with its ships, Spinnaker Tower, designer shopping and day trips to the Isle of Wight is within easy driving distance. For the outdoor enthusiast, scenic walks, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, bird watching, cycle routes, riding and golf are available locally. Shop, pub and restaurant 250 yards.
