About the property

Perfect for big groups to wind down in the sun. Safe for children.

Lovely holiday villa with breathtaking views, facing the Natural Park of Marjal de Pego-Oliva. Very private, not overlooked. Easy access in and out Monte Pego and to the main road, since the villa is close to a secondary entrance (there are no twists and turns to get there). This is why you can get to the beach in only 10 minutes. 5 minutes drive to the restaurants and supermarkets in Pego, Verger, Els Poblets and Denia. All kind of tourist amenities (restaurants, water parks, whitewashed villages, Benidorm…) are within a range of 30 to 40 minutes. Car is essential, however. Salt water pool which can be heated during Spring and Autumn.

Complete privacy since the house is nearly not overlooked and there are no neighbours on either side.

Two lodging units not to rent separately. Groundfloor: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower, living room and kitchen. Ground floor: 1 independent apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small kitchennette-sitting room with 1 sofa bed. Pets are welcome outside the house. The plot is fully fenced so it is also safe for children. Barbeque by the swimmingpool. Playground for adults and children. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. All rooms have independent air conditioning units. Parking space for 2 cars. Easy access to the highway to visit all the whitewashed villages in Costa Blanca, Javea, Altea and Benidorm. 10% IVA included in price. Holiday rental approved with code VT441124A by the Tourist Board.

Excellent villa with plenty of space to relax and enjoy.

Great service and attention from Oliver; the owner, accommodating our very late arrival time. The villa is very well presented, clean and very spacious, with all 'mod cons', very easily accommodated our party of 5. Nice views and very peaceful, off the beaten track and away from the chaos of today's life.

Everything was very professionally organised by Oliver including billing and deposit payment/return, he even organised a welcome food pack for us as we had arrived so late.

Naturally, a car is essential - get full insurance cover as Spain has different attitudes to 'parking', driving .....well anything regarding motoring.

We would return to Villa Marion without question.

Beautiful Villa in a remote scenic location

This was our first time visiting Spain and Monte Pego didn't disappoint.

The villa was very spacious and is kept in a very good clean condition. The views from the balcony and pool area are stunning, with panoramic views of mountains, orchards, rice fields, the local towns and the sea in the distance.

The bedrooms were a good size all with their own bathrooms, the beds were comfortable and each room has air conditioning which did come in handy. The living room was a god space to all sit and relax listening to music or watching films, we took a laptop with us to watch films on the TV.

The pool was big enough for relaxing and playing games, while allowing you to view the scenery form the edge. With the warm weather and the sun hitting the pool, we spent most of our time there.

Having the barbecue area situated to the pool was ideal, we used the barbecue most nights and it was a nice area to eat and socialise.

The owners were very hospitable, from the first email asking about the villa to arriving at the villa Oliver was very helpful and patient with all our questions. They provided us with local knowledge of the area and good places to visit, such as the farmers market in Jesus Pobre which supplied us with food for the barbecue and grappa (a spirit made from the seeds of grapes, very potent).

Monte Pego is quite remote from the surrounding towns, which makes it a nice getaway to relax.

The villa is ideal for self-sufficient travellers who have a car, with the port town Denia only a couple of miles south and Pego to the north both being nice places to visit. Valencia was about an hour’s drive from Monte Pego on the Auto Pista and Benidorm a similar distance, which I would definitely recommend visiting if you get the chance.

The only downside to the remote location was the cost of taxi’s to and from the local towns, Denia was around £30 each way. But this wasn’t an issue we found, as we were happy visiting different places during the day and coming back to the villa to enjoy our time with friends/family in the evening.

This is a beautiful villa in a lovely part of Spain, with two very nice and welcoming owners and I can definitely recommend a visit if you get the chance, we would definitely return if we get the chance.

Amazing, beautiful and luxurious

This is a amazing villa with beautiful views set in a lovely location. The villa is well equipped with everything you might need. It's modern and very clean and in 10-20 minutes away from some the most beautiful beach we have seen ( we have been to a lot luxurious places).

It's designed to very safe for children and fun with a playground and football goal . The pool and BBQ area are great my 2old loved it.

The villa is family managed and they can't do enough for you , really impressed!

We will definitely be going back.

Super Villa dans un endroit tres reposant

Que dire de cette belle villa, si ce n'est qu' elle est top, vue, confort, aménagement, propreté, linge, vraiment rien ne manque. Les proprietaires sont sympa, accueillant et tres serviables.
