Fully equipped to a high standard for a perfect holiday. Lovely villa surrounded with a wonderful scenery! The pool area is sunny nearly all day, perfect to sunbath from 11 AM till dusk on the 6 sunbeds. Free WiFi and Sat-TV. This is an exclusive situation since is 10 minutes from the best beaches in Costa Blanca (Les Deveses in Denia and Aigua Blanca in Oliva), 15 minutes from Denia port, about one hour to Valencia and less than an hour to Benidorm, Altea, Moraira... New equipment and complete privacy since it is nearly not overlooked. Ideal for up to 8 adults and 2 additional on a sofa-bed (133x180 cm). Fenced playground with lots of space, ping pong table, slide, swings, sand box, play house... Barbeque by the pool to enjoy the sunset while cooking. Groundfloor: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower (2 of them ensuite), living room and kitchen. Downstairs, at swimming pool level: 1 independent apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small kitchennette-sitting room with 1 sofa bed. Pets are welcome outside the house. All rooms have separate air conditioning splits. Parking space for 2 cars. Bed linen and towels (including swimming and beach towels) are included. Changeover day: Saturday, during summer. Communal tennis (asphalt surface) and padel courts for €16 / 1 hour. Possibility of early or late key handover at extra cost. The pool may be heated during late May, June, late September and early October at extra cost (€200 weekly). Oliva Nova Golf and its Hotel Spa are at a 10' drive. Please consult discounts for stays longer than one week during off-peak season. Holiday rental approved with code VT441124A by the tourist board.

Amazing, beautiful and luxurious

This is a amazing villa with beautiful views set in a lovely location. The villa is well equipped with everything you might need. It's modern and very clean and in 10-20 minutes away from some the most beautiful beach we have seen ( we have been to a lot luxurious places).

It's designed to very safe for children and fun with a playground and football goal . The pool and BBQ area are great my 2old loved it.

The villa is family managed and they can't do enough for you , really impressed!

We will definitely be going back.
