2 bedroom, 3rd floor Pine Walk apartment with spectacular views of the bay

Tonia 3B is a 3rd floor, 2 bedroom apartment with lift access and easy street parking. It is ideal for families with younger and/or older children, or for 2 couples.

There is access to the spacious balcony from both bedrooms and the open plan living and kitchen area. From the balcony, there are uninterrupted views of the bay.

Both the double and twin bedrooms have air conditioning which also provides heating if required. There is a full bathroom with shower (over the bath) and a separate 2nd WC. The main living area is open plan to the dining and kitchen area creating a usefully spacious area.

The apartment is situated just 10m from the nearest supermarket and restaurants and 30m from the sandy lifeguard patrolled beach. It is a 5 minute walk to the town centre and square.

Palma airport is 65km away, approximately 45 minutes by car or taxi.

There is Wi-Fi available in the apartment.

About Emma Catt

The apartment has been in our family since 1969 and was fully renovated by us in 2006. We still visit regularly with our children who never tire of spending time on the beach.

The view from the balcony will always be special to us and the proximity to the pine walk and the beach is a real bonus.

Puerto Pollensa itself has a charming feel, especially the pine walk and the town square. It has a fantastic variety of restaurants and bars.

It is also a great base to explore the whole island of Mallorca, particularly the scenic and mountainous North West, with its excellent cycling, walking and bird watching opportunities.

Perfect beach relaxation

Puerto Pollensa is a great resort and this was the perfect location for us and our two boys to enjoy the beach and the pine walk. The boys could play on the beach while we watched from the balcony or from one of the many restaurants within a few meters. The apartment is as described and the views are a good as they look. During the summer season from April to October, we operate a Saturday changeover. Outside of the peak season (November to March), different changeover days may be available. Please contact us if you wish to enquire about different changeover dates.

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
A 35% deposit is payable to confirm the booking with the balance due 6 weeks before you travel.
