4 bedroom chalet with private garden and mountain views, close to ski areas

Situated in the beautiful and quiet village of Le Lavancher, this chalet is located in the middle of an amazing private garden with beautiful views directly on the Aiguilles du Midi.

The chalet is extremely spacious with about 220m2 across 3 floors. The chalet can sleep up to 8 in 3 double rooms and 1 twin room. It has a magnificent master bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom and a walk in wardrobe. It has two further double / twin bedrooms (both with king size beds) and a bunk room. There are 3 bathrooms and a separate WC/cloakroom.

The main living room has a magnificent 180 degree fireplace with TV snug on one side and lounge seating area on the other. Patio doors open onto the large private garden.

The modern designer kitchen is well-equipped and has a breakfast bar and dining area with table and chairs for 12 people.

Free WiFi is available throughout.

There is a separate TV/cinema area with a very well stocked selection of DVDs of many genres.

The chalet includes garage parking.
