A beautiful Hampshire Farm House

The Farm House is a charming detached Grade ІІ listed property in the village of Catherington, Hampshire. The house has a pretty village garden with a heated swimming pool.

The Farm House has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. There are three king size bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom (*Please note that the house sleeps a maximum of 12 guests*) There is a roll top bath in the bathroom, and two shower rooms; one with a rain shower.

The open plan converted barn kitchen is well-equipped with a Rangemaster cooker, gas hob and dishwasher. There is seating for 12 people, perfect for entertaining and supper parties. A private cook is available on request at an additional cost with prior notice.

There is a utility room with a Miele washing machine and separate tumble dryer. A steam iron and ironing board is available for your use.

The sunny lounge with access to the garden is an ideal place to relax and read a book. There is a also a separate snug with flat screen TV, SKY services and comfy sofas; a DVD library makes it the perfect room for an evening of movies and kicking back!

A study is available should you need to sneak in some work during your stay.

The swimming pool is heated and available to use from May until September. It is surrounded by a picket fence for the safety of children and those unable to swim.

There is a gardener who comes each week, he keeps the grounds looking immaculate!

We travel often but love home more than anywhere else in the World. We can't live without our children (of course!) good smells, good food + wine, music and our two jack russells Rocky and Fudge.

Impressive, homely and comfortable

I booked this house for a sophisticated hen party. What a truly amazing house. The pictures do not do the accommodation justice. Everything in the house is immaculately done and the kitchen in particular was the kitchen of dreams! I bombarded poor Louise with thousands of questions before our arrival and she was always quick to respond. The rooms and bathrooms are all spacious and tastefully decorated. We had an absolutely wonderful weekend, and will definitely be back again soon.

A sumptuous stay in an amazing house

This beautiful house is perfect in every way, we had a lovely weekend staying here. It is grand oppulance but is homely at the same time and has excellent facilities. Our party enjoy cooking so we spent many hours hanging out in the impressivly equipped kitchen. Amazing house - my dream home! We would most definitely come again.

A MAXIMUM of 12 guests may stay at the Farm House.
We want you to treat our home like it is your own, but please respect the space and be mindful of spillages.
Guests are forbidden to smoke inside - they can do so outside but please clear up cigarette butts.
Children are more than welcome at the Farm House and a baby cot can be arranged. There are plenty of children's DVDs and books.
A well behaved dog is also welcome (only downstairs), at an additional cost.
A security deposit is required to stay in the house and any significant breakages or damage will be deducted if necessary.
Check in after 16:00/Check out before 10:00. We can be flexible with these times if there is not a guest changeover that day, please get in touch!
