Ideal for large families, friends sharing and golfers

This is a wonderful, modern property with all your holiday requirements. Spacious, fully air conditioned rooms which are all newly furnished. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There are beautiful views of the salt lakes and sea beyond from the master bedroom where you can watch the sun go down on an evening.

Outside there are 6 sun loungers, 6 chairs and tables under parasols and a large pergola with table and seating for 12 for al fresco dining.

There is also a stone table and chairs which seats at least 6.

The villa is set in the centre of a large 500 m2 corner plot. It has orange, lemon, pomegranate and olive trees and a large palm tree.

Outside bathroom and shower area.

Free satellite tv and wireless internet included.

A car is recommended.

We are a family of 8 and purchased this wonderful villa this year for our enjoyment and for others to rent for a holiday. We have refurnished it throughout with new furniture both inside and out.

Why ROSIE HOLME chose Torrevieja Area

We love staying here and would love to share it with others. It is a most wonderful location, all private villas, beautiful views out to the salt lakes and the sea beyond. Lovely quiet area. Only 10 minutes drive to the fantastic beaches, bars and restaurants in Villamartin. The village of San Miguel de Salinas is a 5 minute drive where you will find more bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket. There is also weekly market on a Wednesday which is worth a visit.

Fabulous villa for larger groups!

We had an amazing time away with family at this gorgeous villa. It is beautifully laid out with lots of space and children friendly. Rosie (the owner) was so helpful with all my enquiries and Lee the manager was also very helpful and friendly. The welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch. Would thoroughly recommend for families and big groups with lots to do in the area.

Superb Holiday Home.

This Villa has everything for a great holiday home. The place is immaculate, modern and user friendly. The pool along with the location of kitchen and utility room make everything easily accessible.

Rosie has been wonderful all through since day of inquiry and nothing too much of a problem.

Visit Rebate Restaurant which is a must for Food and Entertainment.

Only down side is waiting for Taxi's which is a well known problem locally during peak season.

I recommend this lovely Villa to anyone, enjoy !!

Faultless in just about every way

We stayed in this property July-August 2016. Absolutely loved it, an amazing villa with great facilities. Delt with the villa owners on a few occasions and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The villa manager was also great, he met us upon arrival at the villa and filled us in with all the relevant information about the villa and the surrounding area.

We stayed there as three families of four, even with twelve people (6 adults, 4 children and 2 teenagers) it still never felt too small. And with air conditioning in all rooms it's easy to keep cool when the temperature rises and it definitely did while we were there.

These are the views of all three families.

Changeover Day:
Flexible during off peak months. Saturday to Saturday is preferred during the main holiday season.
The villa will be ready by 4pm on day of arrival and we request that guests vacate by 10am on day of departure to allow cleaning of the villa for next guests.

All inclusive of charges including cleaning.

Electricity including the air con is included for a normal average usage per stay. Anything over this will require payment by clients with a pre loaded card which can be purchased from the villa manager.

BBQ

Please leave the bbq as you found it. There is a 20 euro charge for our cleaners to clean it.

Notes:

  • There is a safe in the ground floor double bedroom wardrobe which is lockable. The villa has plenty of seating and dining areas both inside and out. Pool can be heated during cooler months, price advised on request. Near to the pool is an outside toilet and washbasin which makes it safe especially for children with wet feet. There is also an outside shower Gas BBQ Parking through gates onto the driveway or on the roadside.
