Come, relax, and enjoy our well-appointed, modern, spacious and very comfortable duplex penthouse apartment, in the beautifully landscaped El Soto de Marbella urbanisation resort, in the Elviria area of Marbella, part of a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. This centrally air-conditioned apartment accommodates up to six people in three bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes, plus two bathrooms.

Guests have FREE use of the El Soto Golf & Leisure Clubhouse and facilities, offering a delightful restaurant with an excellent menu and very friendly bar area, TV room and a large terrace, with free WiFi. Other FREE facilities also include a well equipped gym, a sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, tennis courts & paddle tennis, a putting green and a beautiful 9 hole par 3 golf course. The clubhouse offers many different entertainment functions throughout the year for the whole family.

The apartment has a lovely, spacious, double-height living area with fast wireless internet throughout, Smart Amazon Fire TV, large leather sofa, a comfy chair, and 6-person dining table, all of which allows you to relax any time, or entertain your friends indoors.

Beautiful large outdoor terrace with very comfortable seating area and glass top table, sea facing, and overlooking stunning gardens and the golf courses, from where you will also enjoy more spectacular views of the Mediterranean coast and Sierra Nevada mountains. Fully equipped modern kitchen (all new Siemens units) with separate utility laundry room with washer/drier.

Each bedroom has several built-in wardrobes with drawers. The top floor master suite offers complete privacy, where the main bedroom is located, with beautiful oak frame king size bed and private balcony with breath taking views. This suite includes a stunning en-suite marble topped bathroom, very bright and spacious, with a separate large walk-in shower and a huge jacuzzi bubble bath tub.

The second bedroom has a large oak frame king-size bed and wide French windows to the sea facing terrace area.

The third bedroom has two single beds (which can easily be joined together and converted into a super king-size bed), again with large French doors onto its own small balcony.

The apartment includes secure fast broadband internet throughout, with dedicated WiFi router and smart television. Families and friends will love the choice of any of the 2 sparkling crystal clear swimming pools, or just relaxing and soaking up the sunshine in the beautiful gardens on the many pool loungers under the swaying palm and date trees, whilst Golfers will appreciate the proximity to over 20 championship golf courses, including the world renowned stunning 54-hole Championship 'La Cala Mijas Golf Resort' only 5 minutes away, and 'Santa Maria Golf Club', 10 minutes away, which makes this a perfect golf and family holiday base.

There is a secure private parking bay located indoors at ground level where you have direct access to the elevator, which will take you up two flights, directly to your penthouse front door !

Elviria Commercial Centre is at the bottom of the hill, about a ten minute drive, where you will find shops, over 12 international restaurants, supermarkets, banks, bars and tapas bars, bus stop, and a taxi rank. We have the beautiful Niki Beach in Elviria which is only a 15 minute drive away. The centre of Old Town Marbella (20 minutes drive away) & Puerto Banús (25 minutes drive away) are the premier resorts right in the heart of the Costa del Sol, one of the most popular holiday destinations in Europe or even the world, with many sandy beaches & 300 days of almost constant sunshine making the Costa del Sol the perfect destination for a fantastic holiday at any time of year.

Within a 2 hour drive such cities as Granada, Seville, Córdoba and Ronda are also definitely worth visiting. Gibraltar is a great day trip and it is possible to make the short hop over to North Africa by ferry or hydrofoil to Morocco.

Quick acceptance of holiday booking. Easy handover and meeting with property manager. An excellent spacious well appointed and clean apartment Everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Lovely main balcony with fabulous views. Good wifi. Main pool 30 seconds from property which we had to ourselves most of the time. Grounds and pool very well maintained. 10 minute drive to Eliviria centre and 12 mins to beach - a hire car is a must. Would not hesitate to recommend and will book again.

A really lovely, luxurious appartment

We are a family of five, including late teens and early twenties. The apartment is set in the hills with beautiful views, its a gorgeous location, very peaceful. Swimming pool was lovely and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves most of the time.

Beach is a 10 minute drive away and there are lots of restaurants in nearby Elviria. We tended to visit different places most days, Gibraltar is definitely worth a visit, hire a taxi tour guide and remember its duty free. Mijas is very beautiful you can have dinner whilst looking out at the most magnificent views, sunset is to die for.

Overall a really lovely base for a great holiday.

Just perfect

This apartment was perfect for us. It was exactly as described, clean and plenty of living space for the six of us. The pool nearest to the apartment was rarely used which meant we felt like it was a private pool.

We were welcomed and met in the main Elviria complex which was great as I dare say we would not have found it easily. You definitely need a hire car as the supermarket is about a 10 minute drive which is fine as it was incredibly peaceful.

A beautiful setting and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. I would really recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle whilst being close enough of a drive to get to the main parts.

Highly recommended, a most enjoyable stay !

Excellent accommodation ! Our initial impression when driving into the resort was being amazed at how the land has been terraced, using massive stone blocks positioned on top of one another. Then, when first entering the apartment we were further impressed with the beautiful panoramic views, with the mountain range on one side then moving across to a sea view on the other. The apartment itself is bright, spacious and modern, with marble floors and bathrooms, very tastefully furnished, and a well fitted kitchen that's a good size. We enjoyed the pools, and walking to the clubhouse for a few meals - the staff there are exceptionally friendly. All up, we would highly recommend this penthouse to anyone.

Gorgeous Penthouse & Complex

We loved our stay at this beautiful penthouse, which had everything we needed. It was very clean and Keith the agent who welcomed us answered all our questions and was very helpful. The views were amazing and I would highly recommend the one restaurant overlooking the Golf Course called The Clubhouse. The food was gorgeous and the staff lovely, they even catered for Gluten Free. We went in June and it was perfect, very quiet and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. There are four lovely pools to choose from too. We had free use of the gym, Jacuzzi and golf course (we only had to hire the golf clubs which was approx. 10 euros). There is a supermarket called SuperSol which was 10 minutes drive down the mountain, we also found a Lidl close by which was much much cheaper than SuperSol. We were about 30 minutes drive from Puerto Banus, which was lively and full of restaurants and beautiful beaches. Nikki beach was only 10 minutes drive from our penthouse too. I would highly recommend this place if you would like a relaxing holiday. I just want to mention that the drive is high up the mountain road (approx. 7km up), beautiful views if you are not scared of heights ;-) Well worth the careful drive up and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Very close to the beautiful beaches and night life of Marbella and Puerto Banus, and yet hidden in the hills overlooking golf courses and the Mediterranean coastline, this was an oasis of comfort and tranquillity on the Cost del Sol. All the necessary comforts and amenities are at our finger tips, we simply HAD to buy this lovely Duplex Penthouse Apartment and as a family, we spend as much time as possible here ! .... after all, the flights from the UK cost us less than the taxi ride from home to Heathrow !

Your apartment is located in the hills above Elviria, near Marbella, Costa de Sol. Elviria is a friendly small community, fast developing as one of the most prestigious addresses in the Marbella area, and only 30 mins from the airport ! Visit the Old Town of Marbella (approx 10 kms) & enjoy a meal or drink, in famous Orange Square which is only 20 minutes drive away from the apartment.

Visit Granada to see the Alhambra Palace which is a famous fortress & monument of Arabic architecture. Visit Sevilla, Ronda, Córdoba, Puerto Bánus, Jerez or Cádiz to name just a few.

Andalucía is a huge region of Spain with a little of everything, from towering mountains to sandy beaches, true desert, to lush wetland, and picturesque villages to historic cities. Whether you want to get away from it all, or be in the centre of the things, there´s somewhere to suit everyone here!

Shopping excursions to Gibraltar or City of Málaga. Visit Tarifa the windiest place in Spain for lots of activities including wind & sea-surfing & many different water sports to enjoy. Visit typical white Andalucian villages of Mijas Pueblo or Nerja and many, many others.

There are around 10 golf courses very close by for example: La Cala Golf which is only 5 minutes drive away, where you will find 3 X 18 golf courses, Greenlife Golf set in the Elviria Hills, Santa Maria & Santa Clara golf courses & the famous Marbella Golf & Country Club.

Elviria beach is about 7 kms drive or 10+ minutes by car. The famous Nikki Beach is next to Elviria beach which is around 8 kms from the apartment.

Also there are easy excursions to Tangiers in Morocco by ferry from Algerciras or Tarrifa (crossing time is about 35 minutes).

Ski: The Sierra Navada Mountains in Granada are only 1.5 hours drive away. It is possible to be on the beach in the morning & be skiing the slopes in the afternoon during some months of the year.

The old town of Marbella is absolutely charming. The streets are narrow and cobbled, with chic boutiques and local cafés side by side. At the heart of the Old Town known as 'El Casco Antiguo' lies the Orange Square, which is also where the tourist office is ready to give you maps and information. Cross the road from the Alameda Park fountain and walk through the Orange Square past the old castle wall and into the impressive Cathedral. The Old Town is perfect for shopping and relaxing in the many cafés, restaurants and bars. This was the only shopping centre in Marbella 10 years ago before El Corte Inglés and the ultra modern La Cañada shopping centre arrived. You will find real hand made clothing and jewellery in the boutiques around the Old Town.

Each bedroom has direct access to either the large front terrace or its own private balcony, with simply breathtaking far reaching views over the golf course to the club house, and across the manicured gardens and lawns, over the pool area and across to the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. It offers drinks and great meals at reasonable prices, excellent friendly staff, and often has 'Theme Nights' and other entertainment, and is an excellent friendly and informal social centre. Through the clubhouse you can arrange your free tennis, golf, sauna, gym access etc.. and also book and pay for your amazing treks into the mountains and forests, where you will encounter all forms of birds, trees, rivers, streams, waterfalls and natural pools !
