A Perfect Place to Walk the North Wales Coastal Path
We spent a wonderful 10 days in October at Swyn y Gwynt. It was the perfect base from which to walk the north Wales stretch of the coastal path as buses stopped virtually outside the door. Also great for evenings of music at Pontio and relaxing at nearby bars - we can recommend Two Guys from Brussels and The Boatyard Inn.
The house was spotless and perfect for the 2 of us - bigger than expected and great value. Nice touches like local information, candles and everything we could want in the kitchen, even down to dishwasher tablets and clingfilm.
We enjoyed our stay immensely and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.
Excellent location fpr Angelsey and Snowdonia trips!
We found the house in good and very agreable condition. Access was easy too. Excellent fitting and very spacious. The front bedroom was a little louder than we expected but we enjoyed the stay very much nonetheless. All destinations were easy too reach and the house itself was marvellous!!! If we decide to visit this region again this house will definetly be it! Very good value for money! Great Excapes at its best! :-)
We were visiting Bangor for our daughter's graduation.
The house was newly refurbished and very comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the kitchen equipment. Lots of it and of a good quality.
The road was not a busy one.
Great location , nice ,we'll equipped house , wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Ideal location for seeing the entire area , Anglesey, Conwy, Llandudno, Carnaerfon, Lynn peninsula, Port Merion and all of Snowdonia, all easily accessed from this well equipped, comfortable and pleasant house in Bangor. Will not hesitate to return.
