A well appointed two bedroom apartment, roof terrace and close to all amenities

A well equipped two bedroom apartment in an excellent location within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants and a five minute drive to La Zenia shopping boulevard and La Zenia Beach. The apartment is with easy reach of Murcia Airport (20 minutes drive) and Alicante (40 minutes drive).

The apartment is a top floor with roof terrace apartment with the sun all day, but if you require some shade during the day then there is a front terrace area, the apartment is situated in a quiet location yet close to everything that will make your holiday a comfortable one.

Inside the apartment you will walk into an large open plan lounge with Freeview Tv, Netflix and wifi connection, the kitchen is well appointed with all you need for a self catering holiday

- Wine fridge,fridge freezer

- Washing machine

- Breakfast bar seating area aswell as a table and four chairs

- Air-conditioning that has a meter fitted costing 1€ for two hours of usage

There is a double bedroom with wardrobes and draws and a twin room providing the same also stored in the wardrobes are two fold up beds for additional guests.

The toilet facilities provide a bath and over shower large lit mirror a bide and toilet.

The roof terrace is very large and has brand new seating area and sun loungers with a purpose built BBQ for great entertaining.

Overall the apartment has everything you need to make your holiday a pleasant one with all amenities at your door step yet set in a very quiet location.

Lovely family appartment

I lovely apartment with all the mod cons you need (including WIFI and Netflix). The roof terrace is wonderful and ideal for a BBQ or sunbathing.

Aircon is chargeable for a small fee but their are good fans in each room so not an issue.

A very helpful and available owners in David and Carol who was contactable throughout if required.

Would definitely return if staying in the same area. Loved it.

lovely apartment very clean every thing you could wont the only down side was the people living below who have 2 dogs that barked at all hours and some times found that very annoying that is why that could stop me staying there again that's a shame because it was a nice place

Perfect from the moment we arrived....

It's the little extras that mean so much and Carol and David have left nothing wanting....

From the moment you walk into their beautiful apartment you realise it is a home from home (it's actually far nicer and better equipped than my home 😂) and lots of love, attention and detail has gone into making their guests stay an unforgettable one.

From the cold water dispenser in the kitchen to the cute pegs to hold your beach towel in place on your sun lounger....everything is totally perfect!

The list to too numerous to mention.....Netflix and high speed wifi....fully equipped communal pool....the comfiest beds that belong in a high end hotel...a lovely porch to sit out at night and the most amazing sun all day roof terrace ever complete with BBQ, a covered seating area for alfresco dining and a cute little swing seat too..there's even a power washer for the men to hose down with after!!

The surrounding area is beautiful and has everything you could ask for in terms of shopping, amazing value bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance, the beach is a five minute drive away and the owners did have a car to hire from the airport too at a crazy realistic price for those who wish to explore further afield.

There is far too much to mention so I shall just say if anyone is considering enquiring about Casa Bonita you definitely won't be disappointed.

Will we go back?

We've already secured our little place in paradise for October 2017 😍😍😍

Immaculate 2 bedroom apartment

A very modern and comfortable apartment with everything you could possibly need supplied. The roof solarium and balcony furniture add a touch of luxury to this excellent holiday home.
