About the Owner

As of 2015 I have lived in the village of St Agnes for 38 years and grew up here. It's a great community and I love living here. I live adjacent to Chy Cos and manage the two lodges (Chy Cos and Chy Mena) we build in the grounds of the family's property at Trevalsa.

Great lodge, great location!

  • 5 of 5

Loved our stay here! It was perfectly functional and was easily big enough for 4 adults. Great facilities and great location (so peaceful and quiet!).

If I was being fussy, I would have loved a mirror in the smaller bedroom!

Nicely done but compact

  • 4 of 5

The lodge is nicely done and in a great location for the beach and village. The lodge itself has been done to a high spec and is well equipped with everything except kitchen equipment. A few more mugs, glasses etc would have been helpful. The lodge is compact but we'll set out.

St Agnes is amazing. Can't recommend that highly enough. Enjoy!

Really nice property, set in woodland with lovely views over St Agnes

  • 4 of 5

The lodge was perfect for our small family - a short walk from the shops in Churchtown and close to the beach. The property itself is modern and clean with everything you would need for your holiday stay.

Location

From the Owner

The lodge is south facing, and has great views across the valley. There is parking in the driveway adjacent to the property. I know St Agnes really well and feel this is a great location to explore the village. It's in an ideal position, located centrally between the beach at the bottom of the valley and the main village at the top. The Taphouse Bar, No 4 Restaurant, Peterville Inn and Chinese Restaurant are just a couple of minutes walk away. Trevaunance Cove (10 mins walk) is a great surfing beach and local instructors are available if required. It's lifeguarded during the summer season. There are also local kayaking tours and coasteering trips available locally. If you're interested in any of these let me know and I'll point you in the right direction.
