BEACH FRONT VILLA - first line - DIRECT ACCESS to the sandy crystal clear waters of Protaras in only 70 meters away. It is a gorgeous villa with private pool, tastefully decorated and quality furnished, located in the idyllic Pernera area of Protaras-Paralimni. It provides free internet access (wifi).

Local bars, shops and restaurants are in short walk while you can walk and relax by the sea using the long pedestrian pathway (6km aprox) starting in short walking distance from the villa. The pathway is along the beach and offers unforgettable views. Short drive to Paralimni with all amenities and Agia Napa with beautiful beaches, water park and lively nightlife as well.

Bedrooms (all upstairs): There are 1 double bedrooms (the master has ensuite facilities) and 3 twin sharing a bathroom. In the ground floor there is a guests toilet.

This modern,fully equipped and full air-conditioned villa with a lovely private pool, is the perfect place to spend happy hours with family and/or friends near the sandy beaches.
