Close to a Beautiful long sandy beach, Wooded mountainsides and flowing streams.

This spacious Villa house apartment has a large Sea facing covered private veranda, which is ideal for relaxing with a book, enjoying a glass of wine as you watch the sunsets or simply take in the views.

The apartment consists of two bathrooms with shower enclosures, two double bedrooms with a large double bed in each and several wardrobes. The living/dining room has two large sofa beds and dining for up to 6 people. Adjacent is the kitchen and utility room which are fully equipped and contains everything you need including a washing machine.

The Villa is in an idyllic elevated position being close to the Ionian Sea and one of the best beaches in Greece. It is also located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and steeped in Ancient Greek History having many Archaeological Sites within a 30 km radius including Ancient Olympia.

The location offers a panoramic view over the Gulf of Kyparissia, the Ionian Sea, and the local olive groves as well as the valleys and mountains that surround the house on the other 3 sides.

The sandy beaches are just a 10-15 minutes drive away and many parts offer secluded beaches (even in the height of the holiday season) are easily accessible in the area along the coastline.

The area is also well suited to Walkers/Hikers and Cyclist alike and the 'off Road' enthusiast as there are many miles of dirt roads and tracks to be discovered in the surrounding area.

The area of the Neda Valley is unique to Greece as it combines mountain, lake, sea, beaches, rivers, waterfalls and very many old style villages where you can meet the hospitality and warmheartedness of the locals. Here you will meet the Real Greek Greece!

Of course the beautiful long sandy beaches and the wooded mountainsides with their flowing streams and gorges and the exquisite areas of Kaiafas Lake with its Hot Springs and the Neda Valley and Waterfalls will guarantee a relaxing and unforgettable visit.

The Villa has two self contained apartments connected by an outside staircase. The Villa Loft apartment 60m2 (sleeps 5, £50 per night) & The Villa House apartment 100 sqm (sleeps 6, £75 per night).
