Two Holiday Homes set in outstanding countryside, within easy reach of the A1

Tunstall Road Farm comprises two properties. Galloway House has three large spacious bedrooms where no expense has been spared on the refurbishment. There is a large private courtyard in which to enjoy that morning coffee or BBQ or to simply let the children play. Large communal areas with big comfy sofas makes this the perfect place in which to entertain and relax. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The living room has a double sofa bed with fully sprung mattress so can easily be used as a fourth bedroom. The master suite, the twin room and the family bathroom are on the ground floor and the attention to detail is second to none. The double room upstairs with ensuite offers superb views across the Yorkshire countryside.

The Farmhouse is a substantial detached property next to Galloway House. The house comprises four large bedrooms (three are ensuite plus a family bathroom) and there is a sofa bed in the living room if a fifth bedroom is required. Stunning views straight out through the large double glass doors on to the patio and countryside beyond. There is a hot tub provided for you to relax and take in the views. This is five star luxury.

Tunstall Road Farm is conveniently located for the A1 which means it’s only a 45 minute drive to the lovely Spa town of Harrogate while the Yorkshire Dales and Yorkshire Coast are only a short drive away. There is loads to do on the doorstep of this beautiful and luxurious property which has been renovated to an incredibly high standard.

Galloway house was luxurious, clean and comfortable. A real "home from home". The hosts provided locally sourced treats on arrival and everything was immaculate with everything you would want on a family holiday. Our hosts had even left a 70th balloon and a bottle of prosecco as we had mentioned we were coming for a birthday. The house is a few miles from a huge superstore and central to lots of attractions. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful countryside property

The house was amazing; spacious, well decorated, well maintained and kitted out with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. There were so many lovely finishing touches to the property it made our stay very enjoyable. The house is in an easy to find location off the A1 and had lots of places nearby to visit. The location and views were lovely, I did not want to come home! I will definitely be returning to Galloway house.

As a family we love North Yorkshire. This farm was crying out to be renovated. It is oozing character and is in a wonderful location. There is loads to do right on the doorstep.
