Villa Elleftheria has two self-contained apartments (The LOFT & HOUSE apartments) that are connected by an external staircase. Perfect for a large family, several couples or group of friends.

The spacious House apartment (100 sqm) has a large Sea facing covered private veranda, which is ideal for relaxing with a book, enjoying a glass of wine as you watch the sunsets or simply take in the views. The apartment consists of 2 bathrooms with shower enclosure, sink, toilet, 2 large bedrooms with a large double bed in each and several wardrobes. The living/dining room has 2 large sofa beds and dining for up to 6 people. Adjacent is the kitchen and utility room which contains everything you need including a washing machine.

The Loft apartment (60 sqm) has a large open private roof terrace, with all round views. The Apartment consists of a bathroom with shower enclosure, sink, toilet and full-size bath, a large bedroom with a double and small double beds that can sleep 3 or 4 persons and a Kitchen/Living area which has a double sofa bed which can sleep 2. It also benefits from having an extra cooking facility (4 burner gas hob) situated in the covered veranda. The Loft Apartment is perfect for up to 5 guests, but together with the Villa House Apartment, you can comfortable sleep up to 11 Guests.

The apartments are in an elevated position and are near to the Ionian Sea and one of the best beaches in Greece. They are also located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and steeped in Ancient Greek History having many Archaeological Sites within a 30 km radius including Ancient Olympia.

The sandy beaches are just a 10-15 minutes drive away and many parts offer secluded beaches (even in the height of the holiday season) are easily accessible in the area along the coastline.

The area is also well suited to Walkers/Hikers and Cyclist alike and the 'off Road' enthusiast as there are many miles of dirt roads and tracks to be discovered in the surrounding area.

The area of the Neda Valley is close by and is unique to Greece as it combines mountain, lake, sea, beaches, rivers, waterfalls and very many old style villages where you can meet the hospitality and warm-heartedness of the locals. Here you will meet the Real Greek Greece!

Of course, with the beautiful long sandy beaches and the wooded mountainsides with their flowing streams and gorges and the exquisite areas of Kaiafas Lake with its Hot Springs and the Neda Valley and Waterfalls will guarantee a relaxing and unforgettable visit.

The decor is contemporary although the villa has traditional Greek elements such as tile, wood, marble & stone. The furnishings are practical and stylish and have been chosen with both care and an eye for design. On the middle floor, we have the first self-contained apartment, called the Villa House apartment which covers an area of 100sqm with another 50sqm of verandas. From the front door, there is a fully tiled hall/cloakroom which leads to a lounge and dining area. This also leads to the first bedroom and the bathroom. The lounge has two large comfortable sofas, (which can sleep 1/4 guests if needed) a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo music unit and a ceiling fan. The dining area has a large wooden table that can seat 6/8 guests and also has a ceiling fan. There is also a generous book library and a good selection of DVDs to watch through the TV stereo system. All the rooms light and airy and have high ceilings. The kitchen is fully fitted and fully equipped
