The apartment belongs to a structure, finely furnished, newly renovated completely in Sardinian style (wrought iron and Sardinian elements in the building and the apartments feature all the style of the building). The strategic location allows the morning to be able to reach the sea (Poetto) in 15 minutes (1 hour from the seaside resorts of Villasimius and Pula) and in the evening to enjoy the quiet in a residential area, away from the hubbub of the center. Private parking also allows for peace of mind if you come with a rental car. In the evening you can enjoy the cool on our solarium equipped with sun beds and tables, with a lovely view of the city.
