A real luxury 'home away from home' in paradise.

This self service, ground floor, air conditioned apartment is in the desirable Regal Palms, Candolim Candolim, it overlooks the pool and gardens and offers WiFi. Regal Palms is set back from the main Candolim Road and only a short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Regal Palms is calm, serene, whisper quiet and is a short stroll from numerous restaurants and bars. Candolim beach is an 8 minute walk away with many beach shacks, where you can eat, drink and relax or enjoy views of the Arabian set in a peaceful location with only 21 apartments in this small complex. A lovely relaxing, and sort after location, to soak up the sun.

Living Rooms:- 3 piece suite with matching dining table and 4 chairs, coffee table, TV, Tata Sky, DVD player. Large hall mirror.

Kitchen: - Granite work surfaces, teak kitchen cabinets, large fridge/freezer, 2 ringed hob, water purifier, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, gas hob, crockery, cutlery, iron, ironing board.

Bedrooms: - Master bedroom with double bed, double wardrobe, ceiling fan and air-conditioning, door leading to large balcony. Bedroom 2. - With double bed, double wardrobe, ceiling fan and air-conditioning and door leading to small balcony.

Bathrooms: - Fully tiled bathroom, toilet, wash basin, mirror, shower, water heater.

Outside: The large well-lit 7m private balcony at the front has a Table and chairs, where you can relax and dine or have an evening drink watching the famous Goan sunset, it overlooks the swimming pools and beautiful landscaped gardens that are maintained daily it is Pool facing and is ideal for sitting out in the afternoon / evening where the rays of the sun will keep you warm, whilst you discuss the matters of the moment and set right the wrongs of the world. It can be accessed from the Lounge or from the Master bedroom.

On the balcony there is a dining table and 4 chairs. The swimming pools is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for communal use.

All windows and doors to the balconies are fitted with mosquito nets.

There is a weekly clean & linen change included in the price.

For a small charge we can arrange your transfer from the Airport/Rail Station/Bus station.

Getting Around

Most people in Candolim walk as everything is within close proximity. However car and bike hire is readily available. There are also many taxis to take you on those famous Goa trips. Less than 10 minute’s walk to Candolim's clean, white and sandy beach which, has a large selection of beach shacks offering excellent value for money food and drinks. Water sports, fishing and boat trips are available nearby. Candolim is buzzing with life. You don’t have to walk for more than a few minutes before you get to a shop, a bar, a restaurant. The beach is also right there on your doorstep so you have beach shacks to visit also. Night-time on Holiday street is alive with lights, entertainers, street sellers. The perfect recipe for a great holiday.

The Neighbourhood

Candolim is a beautiful village of North Goa situated at about 15 km from Panaji in the Bardez Taluka. Candolim is the place to be in to spend the evenings in the best possible manner. You must check out the makeshift bars and restaurants made from wood and palm leaves on the beachside.

Please no smoking inside the apartment, it is allowed on the terraces only.

All foreign passport holders are required by law to provide C form information, this is now provided by AbraCasa online to Delhi within 24 hours of check in. To ease the check in process we request this online PRIOR to Arrival (some resort request advance notification of all people attending). You are requested to please complete all of the details and upload a photo online (or even a selfie) as we must upload a photo onto the completed C form. This has to be completed for each person over the age of 16. Failure to do so on some sites may result in your booking not being honoured as it would be a breach of rules set by AbraCasa.

As per the directive given by the Government of India - Department of Tourism & GOA Police, all Indian Nationals above 18 years MUST COMPULSORILY produce proper proof of identification to avail check in. Valid Identification documents include; Passport, Voters ID card, Driver's License, PAN card or Social Security Card. Documents MUST include a photograph. We request this to be photographed/scanned and uploaded to our form in advance of arrival (some resort request advance notification of all people attending). Failure to abide by this rule may result in your booking not being honoured as it would be a breach of rules set by AbraCasa. We kindly request your assistance on this.
