The property offers secure underground parking with additional parking at ground level. Lifts serve the apartment from ground level and the car park. Extensive soft landscaping, planting and feature lighting add further ambiance to the grounds of Horizon View.
This apartment offers the following features:
3 double bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 with twin single beds. There are two large sofa's and an air mattress for emergency sleeping for extra's. All of the bedrooms have large wardrobes. All fresh bed linen is provided but not towels.
3 large bathrooms with baths and showers, plus 1 further cloakroom with WC
A large, comfortable living room offering fantastic views of the beach and open sea. The living room has a large dining table, sofa's and easy chairs.
A fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, panini and toaster.
A drying room with a washing machine for wetsuits and clothes.
Secure underground parking for 1 car and gated street level parking for additional vehicles.
Easy access by lift or stairs.
A large and private balcony with a further dining table and chairs.
Entertainment for when the weathers not so good. High speed fibre broadband, large smart connected TV's, music, a Playstation and many DVD's and films to watch.
A Duplex layout: This means there are two floors and 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs. This is ideal for allowing some quiet time or for example if children need to be bed and not disturbed by late night TV.

About the Owner
Hi. We are Steve and Katherine and we bought our flat in 2008. Someday we dream of ending our days in Westward Ho! but before then there's plenty of work to do bringing up the family and paying the bills. We rent the apartment to guests to offset the costs and when we can, we grab weekends and odd midweek days to ourselves. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do. Spacious and light with a great sea view from the sofa and baloney patio in a convieniant location.
The apartment is ideally located in Westward Ho where once you have parked up in secure parking all amenities are in walking distance. Good cafes and restaurants and a good beach. Lots of surfing to watch or have a go.
The apartment has plenty of bathrooms and good sized rooms which made it a comfortable stay for our family break.
The owners were very helpful. Will recommend to friends.
The apartment is wonderful. We spent 3 week in Hesward Ho! and enjoy so much. I definitively recommend this apartment . everything is new: beds, sofa, tv, kitchen (with plenty of appliances and stuff), bathroom, etc. There are a lot of games, films and books.
Fast internet connection and parking at the basement are very useful.
It has nice views and perfect location.

A Superb Apartment in a Stunning Location
The communications with Katherine throughout the booking process and arrival at the apartment was excellent - very helpful indeed. The location of this apartment couldn't be better, situated right on the promenade of Westward Ho! Great scenery. We loved the security of the complex - the underground car park was great and with the parking bay for this apartment being located just a few yards across from the lift, the less mobile in our party found it easy to get around. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms and lounge were very comfortable - the egg chair was really cosy! The apartment's location gave us the opportunity to leave the car behind and walk to the many eateries and shops within easy walking distance - one restaurant, the Blue & Green, was literally outside the gates of the car park, with the Pier House Bistro a pleasant promenade stroll away. All in all, we had a fabulous time in an apartment that has been fitted to a very high standard, and in a great setting. We have already booked another visit to this wonderful place.
