This stunning 2 bedroom luxury apartment (sleeps 6), set in the terraced complex of Altea La Nova, offers the most breath-taking views of both the Bernia mountains and the Mediterranean sea. Nestled in more than a 1000sq mtrs of manicured gardens it is just a few hundred metres from the golf club of Don Cayo and just 3kms from the sand beach.

Fancy lounging by the sumptuously sized swimming pool or do you prefer the quiet seclusion of your own spacious terrace? This apartment has it all. When the sun goes down you can enjoy a Caribbean-style cocktail on the expansive terrace listening to a soft samba with friends or family while the gambas and T-bone sizzle on the barbecue.

Decorated in modern minimalistic style with soft shades and unobtrusive highlights, the Ashanti is fully equipped with all imaginable amenities and with the closest attention to detail to make your stay truly unforgettable.

The master bedroom is fitted with a 180cm wide King-size bed to romp in while the guest room favours two 90cm single beds. Particular attention has been given to luxury comfort beds with memory foam toppers and pillows to dream on.

The spacious living/Dining room is equipped with a surround sound Home Entertainment system and a High definition flat-screen TV featuring. For the ever toiling businessman and techno-crazy youth Wi-fi internet is provided. What’s more, the sofa converts into a comfortable double bed for those extra two who just had to come along.

The open plan kitchen ensures that the culinary genius in the kitchen can always be a part of the festivities. Needless to say all heed has been paid to the needs of the chef. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooking plate, dishwasher, oven, fridge, micro-wave and a host of other goodies. There is even a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and other helpful gadgets. In keeping with the general comfort, the entire apartment can be either fully air-conditioned or heated.

Altea is without doubt one of the most charming towns of the Costa Blanca North. It has retained its beauty and charm unlike many other former fishing villages. It's old town is packed full of character and the impressive church with its blue and white tiled dome roof has to be one of the most photographed landmarks of the area.

The Bernia mountains favour Altea with a micro-climate with reliable sunny weather for virtually the whole of the year.

Places of interest:

Old Town: steep cobbled streets packed with character, restaurants and shops.

Market: large Tuesday morning.

Church: Nuestra Senora del Consuelo with famous blue and white tiled dome.

Beaches: sandy and shingle beaches.

Promenade: long beach front with great selection of bars and restaurants.

Marina: at southern end of town.

There is no better place than Altea to get involved in one of the many colourful fiestas which represent a true taste of Spanish culture.

When it comes to nightlife there is something for everyone in Altea. You can go for a drink in a nice calm bar with relaxing music, jazz , flamenco and so on. Or if you are after some more excitement, there are plenty of places to go to where you can dance the night away.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. We will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is refunded subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Service charge of EUR 80/- includes final cleaning fee and initial supply of bed linen and towels. Electricity is chargeable at : 0,30 € per kw or 30€ per week

The total rental for the booked rental property is payable before the travel date. In the case of short notice reservations of less than 53 days before the start of the rental period the total rental is payable immediately at the time of booking . If the balance amount is not paid on time, or the total rental in the case of short notice bookings, provision of the services may be refused.
If you withdraw from the contract, the following cancellation charges will be invoiced:
Up to 43 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental.
42 to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental.
28 to 2 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental.
1 day before the start of the rental period and on the arrival date the full invoice amount is payable.
The relevant date is the date of receipt of your notification If the property is not occupied, or occupied late, the invoice amount is nevertheless payable in full. It is recommended that the traveling party takes out a travel insurance.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
