Welcome to Snowy our family condo. A smart, warm and very homely apartment that is completely updated. Just 2 minutes from the ski slope!

Excellent location for this spacious, smartly updated, very comfortable and homely condo. Just two minutes’ walk and you are skiing down the ski slope to either the Bullet Chair or Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost Chair. Easy access also for the ski school and day care. The apartment is in the heart of the village with shops, bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes’ walk away. It’s a Great Location!

Relax after skiing in the building's hot tub, cold plunger pool or sauna or enjoy a drink next to the warm fire - providing you, your family and friends with a memorable holiday. A perfect place to stay for a ski trip! Good storage space in the condo for ski wear, boots and helmets. Downstairs there is a large size ski locker, shared laundry and ski-wax area. On site friendly managers ensure a clean and safe environment. Internet access in condo.

About Kerry and Tony

We are a family that love to ski. We love Big White - it's great dry powder, plenty of open glades to ski on away from the runs and lots and lots of fun. We have been coming to Big White since 2001. We loved it so much that, after many enjoyable years, we bought a condo here. Our children learnt to ski (and snowboard!) on the mountain. We have so many memories of happy times at Big White. We want you to enjoy Big White too and stay in our homely condo.

The reason why we think our condo is the one for you is that it is right near the slopes as well as the bars, restaurants and grocery store but away from any noise! The rent rate is very reasonable too!

What makes this apartment unique

Great snow and plenty of it!

Unlike Europe, slopes arn't packed with other skiers.

Plenty of off piste skiing.

Updated, homely, 2 bedroom homely condo, right next to the slope. Excellent value!

Comfortable well-equipped 2 bedroom apartment

The unit is great for ski-in ski-out vacations. It has two bedrooms, each with a queen and a twin bed and one bathroom, so make sure you go with people who can share! The kitchen/dining area is amazing, with everything you could want to cater for 6 or more people. There are 8 dining chairs and you can seat 8 around the eating area. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with TV if you want it.

There are hooks everywhere which is great for ski equipment for several people. The building has a great manager, very helpful. There are also ski lockers and parking. Big White is a great family resort with something for everyone and Ptarmigan is walking distance to all of it.

Location

The mountain regularly gets lots of fresh snow. Great slopes for skiing. Open gladed area for 'off piste' skiing.

There is a one off mandatory cleaning fee of $ CAD 80 that is payable to the manager of the building in resort. This cannot be paid at the time of booking. This is payable on the day of arrival. (The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and again on your departure).

We value our homely family apartment and want you to enjoy it too. We kindly ask that all shoes and boots are removed on entering the apartment to keep it in the good condition that we have kept it in.

Sorry, no pets.

The renter will need to pay for any damage or breakage to the property.
