Situated a few minutes walk from Callander town centre, this recently refurbished detached villa offers quality accomodation for up to 8 people.

It is in a quiet location just off the Main Street, with views to the crags to the rear, and Ben Ledi from the garden. The cycle path literally runs past the door.

There are two generous bedrooms upstairs, one with king size bed + a cot, and one with double bed + futon, and one downstairs with bunk beds. A shower room/toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs.

Other facilities include : TV with sky freeview,DVD player,Microwave,washing machine,dishwasher,fridge freezer and high chair.

Private parking for up to 4 cars.

The tariff includes all gas central heating, towels and bedding.

Lovely House in a Great Location

The house is very clean and tidy, is very well equipped and very spacious. We had one or two cool days but the house was always warm.

Callander is a very pleasant village (or is it a town?) and is in a very good location for visiting places of interest. We visited Aberfoyle, Loch Lomond, Stirling Castle, Scone Palace and Glen Coe as well as several of the local lochs. We had two trips to Falkirk; once to see the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel and once to Callendar House. We also caught the train from Dunblane to Glasgow and spent the day there.

Our weather was good and we only had two days of rain.

We spent two weeks here and enjoyed it enormously. We would recommend this house if you are considering staying in this part of Scotland.

MURDISTON AVENUE, CALLANDER SCOTLAND.

This is my first time booking accommodation through this website. I found the booking process very easy and it was an absolute pleasure to stay at the above address. Mrs Lucas had fully prepared the address for habitation, including making it warm. It really was a home from home being very clean and thought placed on the supply of equipment, bedding and toiletries. My wife and friends felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent, situated in a quiet road, just off of the main street into Callander. Access to the Trossachs, Loch Lomond, Glen Coe and many other well known landmarks was within easy driving distance. Restaurants and other eating places were numerous and of good quality. I thoroughly recommend this villa as a centre for visiting this area of Scotland. Once again, many thanks to Mrs Lucas for her attention to detail.

Fabulous location!

We stayed for four weeks. We loved the location. We were very close to the bike/walking trail, could walk to town for groceries or meals, and could strike out by car to nearby Stirling and not too distant Glasgow or Edinburgh. The house was comfortable and had most everything for an extended stay. We had periodic visits to us by friends and the house worked fine. The backyard is private and quite lovely. The only thing I would suggest is an electric coffee maker. We are from the US, as were our guests, and the coffee press kept us quite busy!

Fantastic stay!

This is a really lovely property and the owners are so welcoming and leave flowers, biscuits and fruit on arrival! Great location to be able to visit both Loch Lomond and Edinburgh. We really enjoyed our stay.
