This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with fabulous views of the sea and the Montgo Mountain. The villa has air con throughout, patio doors leading to the pool area from the bedrooms, al fresco dining from the lounge area with gas BBQ. Sun loungers provided, wifi, UK TV. The villa is well equipped and perfectly maintained, stylishly and comfortably furnished offering a great place for a holiday.

This beautiful, stylish but homely villa offers a great place for a small family or just a couple to enjoy a relaxing holiday in great surroundings with stunning views towards the sea in a peaceful location.

The villa consists of 2 stylish bedrooms and 2 lovely, modern bathrooms.

The stylish open plan lounge, diner and kitchen are well equipped, modern and comfortable. The area benefits from air conditioning, a flat screen TV, dvd player and a selections of dvds.

There are patio doors leading to a covered dining terrace overlooking your very own pool and the amazing views to the sea. There is al fresco dining here for 4 people and a gas BBQ.

The kitchen is very modern and has all quality Bosch appliances such as dishwasher, large American style fridge freezer, full oven, hob & extractor fan, microwave and all the pots and pans you could need. Its light and airy and as its part of the open plan living space you never have to be far away from the conversation, even if your the one preparing a meal.

Leading from the kitchen is dining area with seating for 6 people.

The lounge is comfortable and there is seating for 4 people, the furniture is comfortable, modern and stylish.

Taking the stairs down from this level you reach the two bedrooms which are on the same level as the pool.

The master bedroom with 6 foot super king size bed is again a lovely room, it benefits from air conditioning, ample storage. The patio doors look out towards the Montgo national park and its a beautiful view to greet you when waking in the morning. The en-suite bathroom with large corner bath with overhead shower, double vanity unit and wc is modern and spacious.

The second bedroom across the hall is a twin room and again this is modern and comfortable, it also has ample storage and air conditioning installed with patio doors leading to the pool area and the amazing view. The furniture is modern and comfortable.

Between the two bedrooms there is a family bathroom with corner shower cubicle, vanity unit and wc, again it is modern and light.

Leaving the bedrooms via the patio doors to the pool area, here you will find your very own 8m x 4m swimming pool. the views form the pool area area stunning and will mesmerize you for many an hour.

A large parasol and 4 sun loungers with cushions are provided, along with pool towels.

There is a large outdoor shower too.

There is a utility room off the pool area with storage facilities and also a washing machine for guests to use.

The villa is located on a quiet residencial area on La Sella a well sought after urbanisation. It is close to the coastal resort of Denia and Javea being around 10 to 15 minutes by car to Denia a little further to Javea. Here you will find a massive selection of excellent restaurants to suit all pockets. There a a couple of excellent very local restaurants one on La Sella itself and is called Giramondo. This is an Italian restaurant and bar, is very popular with residents and guests alike, it is very friends and excellent service. La Sella also benefits from a mini market run by a local English couple where you can buy your fresh bread and croissants in the morning. There is a pharmacy, tennis courts and horse riding here too.

There is another local restaurant close by called Restaurant Casa Antigua just outside the urbanisation of La Sella, the food here is excellent and the service friendly.

The local villages of Pedreguer, La Xara and Gata de Gorgos also have bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The coastal resort of Denia is reached again in around 10 minutes. The main tree lined pedestrian street of Marques del Campo in my opinion rivals the Shambles in Barcelona. It is smaller but far less commercialized. It has a wide selection of shops, bars and some great restaurants where you can dine al fresco style while people watching.

El Marina de Denia is a great place to visit again there are some great restaurants, and not at all as expensive as you might think, for such a fabulous marina. Here you can sit and enjoy a glass of your favorite tipple or a beautiful meal over looking some fantastic yachts bobbing around on the med.

The cosmopolitan resorts of Javea with its selection of sandy and pebble beaches are easily accessible (within 15 minutes by car) and there are so many restaurants to enjoy as well as some very stylish shops to browse around. The Arenal beach is very popular with families.

This is a truly beautiful area to visit, there is so much to see and to do and it is such a relaxed atmosphere and very family friendly.

If you want a beautiful villa where you can relax and enjoy a fabulous family or romantic holiday in a peaceful location, then this is perfect for you. Don't take my word for it, come and see for yourself, you wont regret it.

My name is Michelle Etheridge I am the property manager of this beautiful villa along with other villas in this area. I will respond to your email as quickly as I possibly can, often within an hour. My husband Steve, myself, Pete (the pool cleaner) and a small team of ladies work hard to ensure that the villa is perfect for your arrival. We are a professional team who understand the importance of your holiday experience. Having saved hard and looked forward to your holiday all year, you want to arrive to a spotlessly clean villa, which is what you get from us. All the linen is laundered professionally, so its crisp and fresh.

The villas are all very well equipped. If theres a problem we are only a phone call away or an email as all of our villas have wifi. We will do our best to sort any problem as quickly as possible, it doesn't happen often but if it does you know we are there.

There is a taylor made book in each villa with instructions on the villa and the area.

Having rented and managed villas in the area for the past 13 years, we know the little things that create a problem immediately, like hows the TV work, wifi code, its all there to see quickly so you can get your holiday started as soon as you have unpacked your case.

My Husband and I were both born in Doncaster, Steve is 57 and Michelle 50. We bought our first villa in the year 2000 as a retirement investment. The villa rented very well and in less than a year we bought 2 more villas to rent. In late 2003 we sold our house in the UK, which we had designed and built ourselves. We gave up 2 professional jobs and moved to Spain to live and have never looked back. We rent our own villas and also rent and manage other villas in the area. We have a small team of cleaners and tradesmen so there is always someone on hand in case of any problems. Our standards are very high and this is reflected in our properties. We work hard to ensure that our properties are furnished and cleaned to a high standard.

Notes on accommodation: The pool and terracing are in full sunshine throughout the day and the sunsets are beautiful and must be seen. Outside: The beautiful 8m x 4m private pool is surrounded by terracing and outside lighting for those all important evenings dining al fresco, the Roman steps mean its easy to get in and out of the pool. There is a pool light to allow guests to enjoy the pool into the evening. 4 comfortable loungers are provided for that all important relaxation. The gas BBQ is perfect and is enjoyed by all who stay here.

*10 weeks before departure we require the balance of the payment, plus a fully refundable breakage deposit of £200.
* No hidden extras the price includes the use of electric, air con, wifi and the final clean. Plus if your stay is for 2 weeks or more a mid linen change half way through your stay, plus bathroom clean.
Changeover day is Saturday at peak time but flexible in out of peak times.
