This bright and spacious apartment is located on the 5th floor of this modern building. There is an open plan living/dining area leading onto a good sized balcony that overlooks the pool and has views of the beach. There are 2 double bedrooms, a family bathroom and separate shower room. A cot bed and high chair are available for smaller children. There are lifts in the building - one servicing the pool. La Herradura is a quieter resort than its neighbours Nerja and Almunecar with the beach only a 10 minute walk from the apartment, There are plenty of bars and restaurants both on the beach and in the town square and entertainment for younger children.

Clean, well equipped, great location!

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was everything we needed and the place came with loads of little touches like washing powder, seasoning, toys for the kids etc. Great pool, spacious and a relaxing place to stay. Would recommend it!

Lorraine la niece de diane n etait pas sur place pour nous accueillir mais a chargé Jorg pr le faire

L appartement est très bien équipé.très agréable et très ensoleillé.ne manque de rien.

Belle piscine commune mais peu fréquentée dc presque pour nous seuls.

L appartement est situé à 150m de la plage où on allait à pieds.

Il y a un supermarché Dia en face de la résidence.

La herradura est un joli pueblo mais pour plus d ambiance surtout le soir il fait aller à almuñecar qui est à 6kms.

Petit inconvénient pour l appartement c est l absence de parking pour les personnes qui viennent en voiture .

A part cela je recommande vivement cet location et je n hésiterais pas à y retourner.

La Herradura's long beach is a 10 minutes walk from the property and has a number of bars and restaurants along the beach front.

Travel:

Malaga airport is 45 minutes drive along good motorways.

Granada airport is an hours drive.

Car hire is recommended although there are excellent local and regional bus services to Almunecar, Nerja and Malaga.

Distances:

Almunecar is the nearest town with a good selection of shops and a more lively night life. It is just 10 minutes drive or 15 minutes and a couple of Euros on the bus. There is also an excellent water park in Almunecar.

Nerja is 10 minutes drive in the opposite direction and has a lovely old town and a good night life.

If you want to do some sight seeing you can visit the Alhambra Palace in Granada which is 50-60 minutes drive.

All are reachable by bus from La Herradura.

Further Details:

La Herradura's local amenities are within 300 yards, and the Dia supermarket is 50 yards away. There are a good selection of restaurants behind the beach and in the town square and some good beach bars to relax in.
