About the property

A new property in a lovely gated community. Super safe and great for couples and families. The apartment which is newly acquired (we are the first owners of this newly built property) has been tastefully furnished in a contemporary style with great modern art. There is a large private outside terrace which is great for alfresco dining and fully equipped with shades for the hot sun. There are 3 sizeable swimming pools in the complex. Nestled within the famous Golf Valley the complex benefits from the lush green surrounds but is only 10 minutes drive to the liveliness of Puerto Banus, beaches, department stores. Some of the best golf courses (Los Narangos, Aloha, Les Brisas) are minutes away by car as are some great restaurants and bars.

The centre of Marbella is about 10-15 mins drive away. You truly get the best of all worlds. Many of our renting guests tell us just staying in the apartment and enjoying the complex is a great holiday!

Apartment details: a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with bath (with shower), bidet, toilet. The second bedroom has twin single beds and use of the second bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space with mirrored doors and plenty of drawer storage.

The living room has dining for 4, L shaped sofa, wall units and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, induction hob and fridge/freezer.

We have arranged a meet and greet service through our lovely agents who will meet you and take you through everything and be there if you need any help with the property.

Good to know: A car will be needed although local taxis are reliable and plentiful. A guide in the apartment gives all details.

Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécier cet appartement. Dès notre arrivée nous étions comme chez nous. Appartement moderne, confortable, calme, très bien équipe dans un environnement sécurisé, arboré et avec piscine.

Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Merci à Harjeet pour cette mise à disposition où nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables.

Seule petite réserve, location éloignée des plages et du centre de Marbella, voiture indispensable.
