NERJA. Quality accommodation. Suitable for a family or two couples sharing

Well equipped 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property. When we let the house as a 2 bedroom we lock the third bedroom and pass the saving on to you (Discount already applied ) You have the entire house and out door areas to yourselves.

High quality accommodation ideally suited to 2 couples sharing, a family with children, or friends.

Casa Chill Out is furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout. The property is situated in a peaceful residential area and has stunning views of countryside, farmland and mountains. The house is within walking distance of Nerja’s many amenities, yet with stunning views of rural Andalucia - the best of both worlds!

The house has a front terrace, a front balcony from the main bedroom and a patio at the back, so lots of alfresco dining options. Sunbeds, barbeque and dining tables and chairs are provided.

It is a short walk to the pool. Actually there are 2 pools behind one gated entrance) There is also a sauna available at certain times.

The lounge and dining room area is light, bright and airy. It has a comfy sofa with a flat screen TV and UK free view channels, also air conditioning. Wifi is available at a small supplement.

The kitchen is well equipped with integrated dishwasher and fridge plus a full size cooker. There is also a large fridge freezer and a washing machine in the utility room .

There is a shower room with walk in shower on the ground floor so this second bathroom is ideal for couples sharing or families with children.

The ornate staircase leads to the bedrooms.

The main bedroom is air conditioned with a double bed, a range of fitted wardrobes and a lovely balcony with stunning views, perfect for a morning coffee in peace or a glass or two of vino!!

The twin bedroom at the back of the house also has air con and fitted wardrobes. The beds can be made up as a super king size if you prefer.

The bathroom has a full suite with mixer shower over the bath.

Casa Chill out is a lovely house in a nice urbanisation with well tended gardens, Try us, you wont be disappointed.

Wat een leuk appartement, met nu eens een keer geen zeezicht maar uitzicht op de bergen en de rio Chillar, geweldig, je ziet de grote weg maar daar heb je absoluut geen last van , verder s'morgens heerlijk ontbijten achter op het terras in de zon en in de middag genieten aan de voorkant, het app. is zeer kompleet erg schoon en fris,

de afspraken zijn volledig nagekomen en de service van Lisa en Simon

waren erg goed.

A house with a view

We enjoyed a great week at Casa Chillout. Everything was as described, as well as being neat and clean. As our stay was in winter, we were a little concerned about how we would keep warm should the weather not favour us. No need. The air conditioning unit was only needed in the living room where we were comfortable all the time. The crowning feature of the house was the glorious view over the Chillar valley which opened out from the front rooms and terrace - breathtaking!

The house has stunning scenery and yet it is only a 20 minute walk to Nerja centre . The best of both worlds. There is a bus for a euro per person or a taxi would cost around 7 euros.

The very pretty urbanisation has a bar/restaurant and an extremely well stocked shop selling freshly baked bread and croissants .
