About the property

This is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment, it is ideal for families or couples. It is situated in a modern, quiet, gated urbanization. It has 4 adult swimming pools with children´s pools also and padel tennis courts. It is located on the 3rd floor( top floor) by lift or stairs. Children's park and play areas are close by. It also has an underground parking space for those who wish to hire a car during their holiday. However, the beauty of this apartment is that you actually don't need a car! Supermarkets, bars and restaurants and the beach are all within easy walking distance. The local buses are frequent and for a couple of euros, can take you to Puerto Banus, Marbella and Gibraltar to name but a few. Other day trips can be organized to Ronda, Tarifa and Morrocco. The nearby pretty port of Duquesa is easily accessible, with an abundance of bars and great selection of restaurants. There are also local markets nearby, great for a bargain or holiday souvenir.

The apartment is superbly furnished with Internet and TV with all Uk channels, including sports and movies.

There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedded room with space for an extra bed (if required) and shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher.

There is a south west facing terrace complete with table and chairs and sun beds, for relaxing and alfresco dining.

Gibraltar airport is approximately 30 minutes away and Malaga 1 hour.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cet appartement très bien équipé. Il est bien situé, près de la mer et des commodités, et constitue un bon point de départ pour les nombreuses excursions de la région. Jason s'est montré très accueillant et disponible pendant le séjour. Merci à lui.
