This luxurious modern 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is one of the wider El Retiro apartments, the living room and dining area as well as the bedrooms are much bigger than the already spacious standard two bedroom apartments. It has just been re furnished and decorated to the highest quality and immaculate in every way. It consists of 2 spacious bedrooms with one ensuite bathroom with a bath and huge walk in shower and one family bathroom with a spacious walk in shower. A separate fully equipped kitchen and utility area. A luxuriously furnished lounge/dining room, Uk TV channels and a good internet / wifi connection. A large private sunny terrace with sea views, table and chairs and sun beds. Everything you need for a great self catering holiday. Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, theres everything there.Situated in a quiet urbanisation, but within walking distance of local supermarket, bars and restaurants. The beach can easily be accessed, 15 min walk, with a choice of chiringuitos (beach bars).Nearby, the small, typically Spanish village of Cancelada has many tapas bars and gourmet style restaurants. There is a small market there every Friday morning. 10 minutes away, by car, there is the infamous Puerto Banus and a few minutes more the stylish Marbella. In the opposite direction from the property there is the port of Estepona, with many choices of bars, restaurants and shops. A Sunday market is held in the port, which is well worth a visit.An ideal property for tennis enthusiasts, as Bel-air tennis club is only 10 minutes walk away. For golf enthusiasts, a choice of courses within close proximity.

Beautiful, clean apartment with more than everything you need.

Fantastic holiday...you will need a car. Clean and well equipped apartment. Pool has no shallow end as such. Plenty of restaurants and beach within walking distance. Friendly people who live in other apartments. Any problems are dealt with promptly by Jason..
