The full bathroom has an over bath shower.

The apartment is 3rd floor, there are lifts throughout the complex, and the apartment benefits from having no apartment above.

After holidaying here in 2002 we felt that the laid back lifestyle was more accommodating than the hustle and bustle of London life, and decided to buy a property here.

We have lived here since 2003 and still enjoy the way of life, the friendly local people and the beautiful beaches and scenery.

Why Wendy chose Mojacar area

This apartment is located on one of the securest complexes on Mojacar Playa. It is spacious and suits families as well as couples. It is centrally located for all amenities, yet is far enough back from the paseo (300m) that there is no noise from traffic, bars or clubs.

Mojacar has something to offer everyone, of all ages, whether your looking for a quiet relaxing break, a fun filled family holiday, or a livelier time at the many beach/music bars this is one destination that will not disappoint.

The apartment is located on the side block of the complex offering a quieter atmosphere without the buzz of the pool area.

The terrace is south facing ensuring sun all year round.

Nice apartment in good location

Good sized terrace with sun most of the day and two sun beds.

Double bed was comfortable but the single bed was a little lumpy.

It was a shame that we didn't know that the pool would be empty and presumably having annual maintenance as this was one of the reasons that we chose these apartments.

Walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants which was ideal.

We spent a pleasant week in Mojacar and surrounding area.

I'm sorry to hear you found one of the beds lumpy, all bed bases and mattresses were replaced in January 2017. The pool is not normally closed but needed urgent repairs, if you had enquired I would've advised you of that. April is not swimming season in Spain and many outdoor pools do not open until May/June. An extremely pleasant way to spend winter in the sun

Very enjoyable six week stay, January through March. Comfortable apartment. Kitchen small but workable. Furnishings good. The gardens of the Spirit of Mojacar complex are very lovely, carefully tended although, because some residents own dogs, there is some fouling in spite of notices stating it will not be tolerated. The pool was empty and being repaired while we stayed. When this work is complete and the weather is warmer one certainly would spend more time relaxing around the pool. The resort of Mojacar Playa has a 3 Km long flat paved promenade, popular with walkers and cyclists, passing many pleasant restaurants and bars. The commercial centre square is a good place to while away the time with tapas and drinks in the sun after some light shopping.

Enjoyable stay in Mojocar

We had a very enjoyable stay in your apartment . Wendy was very helpful getting us a cable for the tv as the satellite was not great and replacing bulbs as soon as we contacted her.

Overall a very pleasant stay in Mojocar would recommend to friends and family

Winter month in Mojacar

My husband and I spent 4 weeks in this property during February 2016. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Even in February we were able sit out on the terrace in the sun on the loungers provided. On the terrace there is also a table and chairs and two sun umbrellas. The furnishings were of a good quality and the beds were comfortable. The apartment offers undercover parking, which is very convenient. The kitchen is small but well equipped. As we stayed there for 4 weeks we cooked a lot for ourselves and would have appreciated some oven dishes, but most holiday makers would eat out so it wouldn't be a problem.

The complex was very quiet at that time of year but in the warmer months I should imagine it would be livelier. It is a 5-minute walk down to the sea. The beaches are lovely and there are endless restaurants to choose from - open even in winter. It is a steepish walk back up from the beach, but we are in our 70s and managed it OK.

Mojacar itself is a very relaxed place to holiday - for English speakers life is simple as the supermarkets and cafes all cater for us. Even has a Waitrose/Iceland in Vera, not far away.

Wendy kindly picked us up from our bus on arrival and took us to the apartment and showed us the ropes. There was milk, bottled water, coffee/tea, and bread, etc. there for us, which was appreciated as we had travelled all day and did not fancy finding the nearest supermarket at the end of a long day.

I would recommend this apartment for a couple/family of 4, or two couples.

Lovely apartment in great location.

Beautifully decorated apartment, located away from the noisy pool area with stunning mountain views. A short walk to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Would definitely use this apartment again. 10/10.
