About the property

Fermes du Montenvers A1 is a second floor, triple aspect apartment within the Montenvers building. Renovated in 2015 the apartment (called 'Kea') has a fresh, light and modern feel throughout. It opens into a hall area with the bathroom and separate toilet on the right. The hallway leads to a flexible (double or twin) bedroom which has a balcony boasting views up to the Aiguille du Midi and Les Jorasses. The master double bedroom (also flexible) is at the end of the hall with views to the north of the valley towards Flégère.

The open plan living area has a fitted kitchen, a dining table for four people and double sofabed. Satellite TV gives a range of UK channels and there is WIFI. French glass doors give access to a second balcony which looks down the valley and captures the afternoon sun.

The apartment benefits from having a ski cellar on the ground floor and access to the underground secure parking where there is an allocated space.

The Montenvers building is situated in a quiet position yet close to all Chamonix's facilities making it a good choice for families or groups who have some members heading into the mountains and others staying closer to town.
