La Roseraie is a freshly renovated (2015) lovely apartment situated just beside the Aiguille de Midi cable car and close to the central bus station.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people in one flexible bedroom (double or twin beds) and a double sofabed in the living area.

It is situated on the 3rd floor of a charming building with an elevator, in quiet gardens away from the nightlife and the main road. The living room is dual aspect, overlooking tree lined gardens and out over the mountains.

There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room. The apartment has been redesigned and renovated to a high standard and the space has a light and airy feel. It's the perfect mountain base for a couple or small group with it's convenient and quiet location.

The apartment is within a minute's walk of restaurants, bars and shops. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Chamonix.

Activity and Interests

La Roseraie is situated just to the south-west of Chamonix town centre. It is 350 metres from the main shopping street, Rue Docteur Paccard (5 minutes on foot), but many amenities are in the immediate vicinity.

The nearest supermarket is Spar (main season only) which is just around the corner. There are several bars within a minutes' walk, including the Jekyll, Munster and Monkey with restaurants including the Jekyll again, l'Impossible and several along Avenue de l'Aiguille du Midi.

For access to the slopes, it is very convenient with the main bus stop just 150 metres away. The nearest ski area is Brévent, 6 minutes by bus. Roseraie is also no more than a minutes' walk to the Aiguille du Midi cable car, giving access to the infamous Vallée Blanche.
