Great penthouse with a rooftop terrace and ocean view just 100 meters away from the beach! The flat has size of 100 square meters, the rooftop terrace is 40 square meters and the terrace 15 square meters. It offers enough space for a maximum of 6 persons. There are two (2) bedrooms (with their own particular bathrooms), one camp bed and one extendible couch. The kitchen is fully-equipped and on the ocean view rooftop terrace provides a grill. An elevator takes you from the garage directly into the residence, which provides air-conditioning and central heating. There are numerous shops and restaurant reachable by foot, but you may also rent a bike (bicycle renting is just around the corner) and cycle down the palmy promenade or even rent a car to discover a wider area around the island. The next bus stop is just down the street from the apartment, it offers a great way to get to the inner city or the airport.

Renting a car is not particularly necessary in C’an Pastilla because it’s such a small quarter in Palma. Being located on the north eastern side of the big, fine sandy bay, the city with its cafés and restaurant is equally favourite with locals and tourists as well.Due to the great conjunction to public transportation one can get to Palma or the airport in very little time. Many tourists also enjoy taking walks or going on a bike ride on the palmy promenade, that leads all the way to Palma.

Apartment fantastic and spotless as everything you could need lovely balcony area and terrace area . In walking distance of beach, shops, restaurants, highly recommend this apartment will be booking again .

Very good

After an early flight from UK we arrived and Ingrid, the owner,met us at the apartment around 10.30am Although the apartment was being turned around and the cleaner was in, Ingrid let us change and leave the luggage. We then walked to the beach, which is just at the end of the street!!! From there, there is absolutely everything you could need. Cafe's, bars, shops, car and cycle hire etc. The bus stops are also very close and so to get into Palma or anywhere else is easy. If you hire a car, as we did, there is a garage parking with the apartment. Inside the property is lovely. Clean and very spacious, beautiful private roof terrace and also quiet at night. The apartment also had wifi connection. The ONLY downside was the TV. As we were there in June, we didn't need to watch but if you were there other times of the year or if the weather was not good, English channels are needed. I think BBC and ITV should be available. The only channel we could put on was Sky news.

Having said that, we would definitely stay there again. We had a wonderful relaxing ten day stay. We would recommend Pinos 1 to our friends.
