Why John and Linda chose North Elmham

Review from a recent guest:

"This place is a little slice of heaven. John and Linda were wonderful hosts and really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The cottage is one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed. It was warm and welcoming and is well equipped. The pub down the road is a must try as the food was lovely, but equally would recommend just sitting around the cottage and garden for a day to take in the beauty. Thanks for such a lovely few days we cant wait to come back".

Cosy Cottage is an absolute pearl in a sea of holiday cottages. You cannot fail to enjoy this.

Right from the moment of booking, emailing queries and opening the front door, we can honestly say this experience has been a delight. Exceptionally appointed and cosily decorated in a contemporary beach style theme. Linda and John are the most welcoming hosts. Plus Cosy Cottage is well placed to explore North Norfolk as well as having amenities on the door step.

Perfect place for a quiet weekend get away. Had everything that you could need and the wood burner was great to come back and chill in front of. Cottage was very clean and well equipped.

Excellent communication with John and Linda prior to our arrival. Lovely warm welcome and couldn’t be more helpful. The perfect location for our retreat and we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay. Thank you for having us.

Highly recommended

  • 5 of 5

Really comfortable, cosy cottage, the owners are on hand to help you settle in and advise on local haunts, eateries, places of interest but not intrusive at all.

They have renovated to a very high standard, a lovely nautical theme through the cottage, wifi, kitchen is well equipped should you prefer to cook, as we did, have all manner of glasses, plates, dishes, casserole, ,pots and pans , a waterfall shower en suite and a very comfortable bed, with high quality bed linen and towels.

Nice area to sit and enjoy the wonderfully landscaped garden, with patio heater for cooler night's.

North Elmham is a great area to explore north Norfolk, good access to everywhere and a very interesting church and chapel ruins the village, a small local store, tearooms and hotel and bar.
