This new 3 bedroomed villa with private fantasy pool and multiple terraces enjoys an ideal location at only 10 walking minutes from the centre of Cala d´Or. The house consists in a living room with TV/SAT and dining area The modern kitchen is also fully equipped and pleasant to use. Both, the living room and the kitchen have large sliding doors to reach the terrace and pool area. Here, a big table with garden chairs offers the ideal spot to enjoy a meal in the open air together with the family or a group of friends. The master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom is also located on the ground floor. By the entrance of the house, there´s a bathroom for guests and the 2 further bedrooms with each 2 single beds and own terraces are located on the first floor. Here´s one more bathroom for both bedrooms.

This was our third villa with yourselves but this one did not meet the high standards we have been used to.

The pool went cloudy on the second day which we reported but nothing was done and the water got worse. We were told that there had been previous problems with the pump that problem obviously still is there.

We could not get TV or satellite channels to work.

There was only one air conditioning unit on the stairs! This was really useless and the ground floor bedroom was very hot even with a fan.

Numerous electrical items did not work.

Toilet pan on the gronund floor not attached and the central one often would not stop.

No mirrors in upstairs bedrooms.

We will do our research in detail in future. And will update TripAdvisor.

Highly recommend this beautiful modern villa within easy walking distance of the centre of Cala D'Or

This villa is first class. Spotlessly clean, well looked after, all mod cons, spacious and a fantastic outdoor area. There was a lovely little welcome pack of groceries waiting for us when we arrived which was a nice touch.

We loved the location and felt very safe there. It is set in a nice, quiet residential area but is only a 10 minute walk into the very centre of Cala D'Or and about a 20 minute walk to the marina so you have the best of both worlds. The mini trains to Cala Egos and Cala Ferrera (which also go via the marina) stop at the end of the street (about a 2 minute walk) right outside the big Eroski supermarket. Some reviews mentioned the noise of traffic but the occasional noisy motorbike or bus going by really didn't bother us at all. It was so much quiter than your usual rowdy hotel or apartment pool area!! The outside area and pool at the villa are fantastic and there are two lovely terraces overlooking the pool, one of them shaded from the sun which was great too.

We loved staying in this villa and even though there were 6 of us it still felt very spacious. It was extremely clean and the maids did a great job. We were there 10 days and they came in twice. We had our towels changed twice and bed clothes changed once.

I really would recommend this villa and would definitely love to go back as I didn't find any faults with it at all.

Peaceful area at only 10 walking minutes from the lively centre of Cala d´Or where you´ll find many shops, bars and restaurants and one of the most beautiful yacht ports of the island. Several fine white sandy coves with crystal clear waters are around at a small distance of 15-20 minutes walking. The local supermarket and other useful facilities are reachable in 5 minutes
