€60.00 Euros per week of electricity is included in the price and should be more than sufficient for one weeks stay providing air con units are used sensibly.

An absolutely stunning villa with everything you can possibly need. All mod cons. Extremely clean and spacious. Perfect location. Gorgeous pool. Fully secure. 2nd year we've stayed in one of these in this location we loved it that much. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful villa....loved it!

Very clean , beautiful property , well-maintained with very good customer service....our kids loved the pool after the beach....Perfect location in a quiet area and walking distance to the beach and all restaurants, entertainment and shopping. We would recommend it to anybody.

The area has everything to offer. The villa is delicately placed as it is sheltered but just a stroll from the compact family resort where you will encounter a friendly atmosphere wherever you go. Small kiosks, boutiques and restaurants are very welcoming. The villa is perfectly positioned and there is a regular bus service to the nearby resort of Ayia Napa or the main town of Paralimni.

Famagusta has become the islands most popular location because of its crystal clear coastline. Built up of many villages, the town of Paralimni and the major resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa. There are many golden sandy beaches large and small stretching over ten miles with shallow waters and no shortage of water sports. The weather in Famagusta is generally pure sunshine and virtually cloudless throughout the summer months. Cyprus is full of historic and cultural sites including the two beautiful churches in the town of Paralimni which attract visitors from all over the world. Paralimni also offers a mixture of traditional and modern shopping along with a variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The beautiful Cape Greko's National Park, an area of national beauty is well worth a visit and famous for its cliff diving. The area offers many sight seeing trips including boat trips to the North (a different Cyprus) or a trip to Troodos Mountains is a popular day out.

Situated on the East Coast of Cyprus, Protaras has become the most popular resort catering for families. Famous for its golden sandy beaches (the most famous being Figtree Bay) stretching for approx 5km of the Famagusta shoreline. With velvet sand and sparkling turquoise waters starting from the beautiful Konnos Bay through to the small coved sandy bays in the restful resort of Kapparis. All beaches offer water sports which can be enjoyed by all age groups including parasailing, paragliding, scuba diving, snorkelling, kite-surfing, Jet Ski, wind surfing and a wide range of boat rides are just a few to mention. It’s a known fact that Cyprus currently has over 50 beaches that have been awarded the blue flag status. The main street (known as the strip) that runs through Protaras has an abundance of activities and entertainment suitable for the young and old. Ranging from bungee trampolines and mini golf for the children, dancing water show for all ages and the array of bars offer nightly entertainment for the adults. Children are welcome in most bars. The many shops to browse in include your local supermarket for every day needs, pharmacies, shoes, clothes gifts and jewellers. You will find plenty of options for dining out offering menu’s such as Mexican, French, Tai, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, English and traditional Greek dishes and many more. The restaurants are family friendly whether you are wanting a snack from the bar or a la carte meal in a more sophisticated style of dining. Protaras offers something for everyone, a perfect holiday retreat with a wonderful climate

This payment is pre authorised only which means the funds remain in your account as a blocked amount and is unblocked after your departure. Please note the balance payment will incur a small card charge.

  • Fully equipped kitchen for those who like to self cater. Utensils, crockery and cutlery are also provided. Comfortable modern furnishings in lounge with wide screen TV with international satellite channels, DVD player and Wifi internet access. The swimming pool is private therefore no life guard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. The pool is cleaned twice per week and is included in the rental price.
