Superb, very spacious, quiet ground floor garden flat fast wifi

Sleeps 3. 1 Bedroom. 1 Bathroom. Accommodation is flexible.

Lovely, quiet, large twin bedded garden flat with easy access and with a big kitchen/diner that has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer plus a good selection of cutlery, plates, pots pans and cups. The kitchen is shaker style with plenty of work top space.

Bedroom,kitchen/diner and bathroom has downlights,blinds and curtains throughout, large fitted pine wardrobe, side tables and lamps, twin beds. Large en-suite has wall hung toilet, basin and bidet and double shaver point. Shower has fitted seat.

Lounge is 23 ft x 18ft and has two sets of double doors leading out to the patio and mature garden.2 leather sofas, desk, sideboard and coffee table. Lighting in the lounge is dimmable as are the lights in the bedroom and kitchen/diner.

Gas central heating.

Outside there is ample secure lit parking via an electric gate and pir lights for easy access at night.

There is a tv in both the lounge (50 inch) and bedroom with remote controls for each and fast broadband with wi-fi.

The flat is double glazed with easy opening windows.

There are literally dozens of national trust properties and gardens within 5-35 minutes and Brighton, Eastbourne, Lewes, Tunbridge Wells and Heathfield are all easily accessible.

London can be reached via two local stations in 55 minutes and Tunbridge Wells is 10 minutes drive.

Local country pubs serve fresh locally produced food and local beers.

Property is accessible from 15:00 on day of arrival.

An elegant, clean and well equipped ground floor flat

We have just spent a week in Crowborough and were very pleased with the flat. It is quietly located on a no through road and has lovely views from the sitting room over a beautiful tree lined garden. It is very spacious and well furnished with comfortable beds. The owners who live next door are delightful and helpful. There is secure parking just outside the flat on the driveway. Crowborough has a good range of shops for everyday needs and Tunbridge Wells is only a short distance away for more shops! There was lots of information in the flat on outings and activities available and places to visit. We visited two National Trust properties, Chartwell and Batemans, but could have visited many more if we had time - there are plenty to choose from. All in all a very good experience!

Outstanding accommodation

Without doubt our stay at the Garden Flat in Crowborough is one of the best, if not the best accommodations we have ever had the privilege to stay in, from the room sizes to the cutlery it was all to a very very high standard and Mark (aka mike) and Julia were the the exception when it came to hosting skills, nothing was too much trouble and were a delight in themselves.

The only downside was that we were not able to stop longer, as if it was'nt for the fact that we had to be back for our dog i think we may have squatted!!!!

Mike (sorry) Mark and Julia you are a credit to your business and may you continue for years to come and hopefully see you in the near future.

A spacious, well equiped, and very clean flat.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts Mark & Julia were very welcoming but not in any way intrusive. The flat was very spacious, well equipped and cleaned to a very high standard. We enjoyed the Olympics on the large TV screen.

It's centrally based for ashdown forest, the coast, steam railways, cycle paths etc.

We hope to be back next year !

An immaculate, comfortable flat

The flat is indeed spacious, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. The garden is superb and a treat in good weather.

The owners Mark and Julia couldn't be more helpful. A place definitely worth the money.

Huge bright bathroom!

Mark was a great communicator making sure we were all set. The flat is very spacious, really clean and had more than we needed for our time visiting family who live in Tunbridge Wells. Though we didn't have time to enjoy the garden, it looked lovely. HUGE bright bathroom with a fantastic shower! Parking with a secure gate. Highly recommend this flat at a good price.
