lovely place, nice quality, nice location

the property was of a very high standard. beautiful beach and views.

good proximity to Lagos.

The only comments I would like to make are:

* not enough towels provided, and no beach/pool towels which I would have expected.

* the walkways between the villas/apartments down to the beach were very over grown with weeds/thistles.

overall we were very happy with the apartment, had a lovely holiday and most definitely will stay again and would recommend.

First class standard of apartment, great views and excellent facilities. Everything you need.

Carla and John were excellent and really helped to make our stay comfortable. Great communication initially to help us make our choice. Would definitely recommend and would return to stay again in Lagos. VIP taxis were also excellent to and from the Airport, and were recommended by John, local taxis were available in minutes and very reasonable.

Walking distance to the beach, and the beach bars are highly recommended.

Good quality accommodation in an excellent location

Booking and communication with the property agent John Griffiths was timely and straightforward. We were notified a couple of days before our stay that the apartment had suffered a water leak and that there would be a delay of a day before we could access the apartment to allow for repairs. No problem John checked with us that we were happy with an alternative apartment next door for one night. On arrival we were met by john and a colleague at the agreed time and shown to our apartment. It was first class accommodation of a very high standard. The following day at the agreed time we were transferred to the apartment we had booked and this was of a similarly high standard with sea/beach views from the lounge and one bedroom. A minor niggle was there was some weekday building work on the back side of the accommodation where some further apartments were being built. We did not notice it when in the apartment but on occasions could hear noise when using the pool. The location of the apartment was excellent. Just a very short walk down to a lovely sandy beach with a couple of restaurants and only a three minute drive into Lagos old town which we thought was beautiful. All in all a wonderful stay - we will be back!

Spacious, modern, stylish and convenient to the beach

We enjoyed our stay in Lagos, especially the accommodations. The condo was very new, modern conveniences, and appliances. The rooms were spacious with vey nice bathrooms. The porch looking over the pool made for a great breakfast setting.every morning. There was convenient parking for our rental car with easy access. The washer/dryer eliminated any concerns about having dirty clothes to deal with. It was only a short walk to a beautiful beach, snack bar and a restaurant. It was a short drive into town and was within a short distance of a well supplied supermarket, Intermarche. It was also in close proximity to major thoroughfares which made it easy to explore local towns and historical sites. For us, golf was a priority and we found 3 superb courses within a 15 minute drive. John's people were helpful upon arrival and responding to questions we may have had. It is quite residential which makes it attractive for those with children or the desire for a more relaxing vacation.

We were very pleased with our overall experience and our first introduction to Portugal.

These luxury apartments are located at the beach of Porto de Mós and within a short distance of Lagos town center

There are 2 restaurants on Porto de Mós beach and a further 2 within easy walking distance plus numerous cafés & restaurants around Lagos

International supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive as is Boa Vista golf course

Porto de Mós caters for scenic walks along the cliff tops to the nearby village of Luz

The beach is wind protected and at low tide there are many small rock pools ideal for children. Kayaking, boating & surfing is available on the beach & trips are all day from Lagos Marina & boulevard

Other Activities: Surf, Kite Surf, Scuba, Water ski, Jet Bike

Golf: Penina, Boa Vista, Parque da Floresta, Palmares are all within 5-15mins of the villa, Oceanico Courses are 30-45mins away
