Three bedroom family pool home with preserve view newly furnished

This beach style furnished heated pool home is situated in Briarwood, a gated community, only 10 minutes from the beach and downtown. It is freshly decorated and is very private overlooking a preserve.

The house is equipped with WiFi and there are new flat screen televisions in all the bedrooms and living room.

The large master suite has a king bed, large bath tub, walk in shower and large closet. There are a queen bedroom and twin bedroom.

The owner lives locally and is available to help with any of your needs.

Stunning property and fantastic location

Thanks to Karen' s instructions we didn't take one wrong turn before arriving at her stunning property after the drive from Miami. There was certainly then a Wow moment when we opened the door and looked through the beautiful lounge out onto the pool. The property is very tastefully furnished and has everything you need for your stay, including a couple of very useful beach chairs in the garage. We also appreciated Karen getting in touch with us to give an update on a fairly serious brushfire that was not too far away from the villa, but thankfully we had no problems. We saw a huge amount of the area, but our favourites were Lowdermilk Beach (15mins drive), Miromar shopping Outlet (25mins)and 5th Street in Old Naples (20mins)- easy walking distance from there to watch a beautiful sunset.

In summary we really enjoyed our stay and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Karen's fantastic property.

Naples Gem

Wow...what a charmer!

This house was beautifully appointed and clean with all the modern amenities. Karen did a fabulous job making you feel like this was your second home.

The pool was a true lifesaver and provided hours of entertainment for our family. The secluded backyard provided lots of privacy on the lanai.

The property was well manicured and the location was in close proximity to downtown Naples, the various beaches and the local mall.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we definitely will return to Naples (and this home) due to this positive experience. Highly recommended.

Fabulous house in a superb location

We recently enjoyed an 11 night stay at this property. The house was beautifully clean with every modern convenience. The beds were positively luxurious!

The pool area was good - very private and lots of shade from the trees at the rear.

The complex itself is quiet and spotlessly clean and in a very convenient location. In less than 10 minutes you can be on Naples beach, and it is a quick drive from Coastland Mall.

We had a wonderful holiday here. Highly recommended. Thank you Karen for allowing is to share your beautiful home.

DON'T MISS THIS HOUSE

This house in a wonderful gated community is spectacular. The house layout is essentially open. The furnishings are comfortable and high quality. The kitchen is well stocked. In fact, everything in the house was tasteful and high quality right down to the dish towels.

There is an outside lanai which features a wonderful table and chairs, two lounge beach chairs and an absolutely fabulous heated pool which is cleaned once a week by a vendor. The heated pool was a wonderful feature with much time spent outside in the lanai (patio to us non-Floridians).

Every moment from check-in to check-out was essentially perfect. Nothing, however, is ever perfect. The home seemed to have haunted smoke alarms. There would be random beeping then stop then resume. This is where I tell you the owners of the home were absolute stars.

Karen and John Brennan spent hours and time with their handyman trying to resolve this random problem. They responded quickly when notified and replaced the smoke alarms at least once. Karen was extremely concerned about our having a good time throughout our stay. Because of the way they handled the situation, the trip was even better than one could expect. This is my fifth rental. Owners can make or break a vacation. The owners of this house were terrific.

The problem was resolved. The problem, however, should not be your focus when looking at this house or this review. Concentrate on the owners who cared about us from day 1 through all the annoyances to the ultimate conclusion - the fixed problem

So, if this review stops you from considering this house, you will be passing up a great opportunity for a fun and comfortable stay.

PEACEFUL RETREAT

What a beautiful home from home. The location is second to none, secure, peaceful and quite. This accommodation is perfect for one couple, two couples or a family. The pool is very private and inviting. Lovely touches with beach chairs, cool bag and a lovely bottle of wine. We met Karen who is a lovely lady. Would certainly recommend this home, a real find!!

Located in the gated community of Briarwood, only 10 minutes drive from downtown Naples and the sandy beaches. Briarwood amenities include tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, two large heated community pools and children`s play area. Very close to supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, golf courses, shopping malls and banks. Marco Island, Sanibel, Captiva and the Everglades are within an hour's drive. Easy access to/from international airports: Ft Myers airport (20 minutes), Ft Lauderdale (90 minutes), Miami (approx 2 hours), Tampa (approx 2 hours), Orlando (approx 4 hours).
