Within easy walking distance of beaches, restaurants, the clothe boutiques of Rue d”Antibes and la Croisette, the port, La Palais des festivals and the train station, there is no need of a car but this residence has the bonus of communal parking, a rarity in the centre of town

The studio entirely renovated in 2015, is light and airy with high ceilings. It comprises of a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a salon with mezzanine.All the furniture and equipment are new.

We all absolutely fell in love with Cannes and the surrounding towns and cities, the studio was clean modern and I just loved it, it was perfectly situated in Cannes, beside shops, markets and restaurants on the door step, we would definitely recommend the studio and hope some day to bealble to return ourselves ❤️

Clean and well presented.

It was just as I expected and perfectly comfortable for the four days I was there. I was met on arrival and the various elements of the apartment were explained to me.

A short walk is all that's needed to be in the centre of Cannes and the elevated position of the apartment provides great views over the town and towards the sea from the garden. A grand old building.
