++++ Due to the pressing water problem in southern Spain, the Mijas municipality has decreed that filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited as it is not possible to provide new water as required by the health legislation for the operation of swimming pools. Unfortunately our community pool is closed and swimming is prohibited until further notice ++++

Enjoy a fabulous vacation in Mijas Costa in this spacious fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with lots of natural light, large bathroom with washing machine, good size kitchen and private south-east facing balcony. The apartment has been decorated in a clean modern style with attention to detail.

The condo is in a distinctive moorish-style well maintained complex, with beautiful mature gardens and a great swimming pool.

The unit has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the Costa del Sol. Nearest beach is only 3 blocks away!

The condo is conveniently located, 12 minutes from Marbella and Fuengirola, accessible by public transportation. All services (super-markets, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, bars, etc.) within walking distance.

Ample off-street parking in front of the complex is available.

This is our home for part of the year, please be respectful of it.

** For hygienic reasons, wearing outdoor shoes inside the unit is NOT PERMITTED. Bring new indoor shoes, slippers or sandals. We appreciate your cooperation to follow this rule.

*** IMPORTANT: Our maximum stay allowed is 14 nights.
Check in time is until 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot check you in if you arrive past 10pm, regardless of delayed flights or other factors that will not allow you to arrive by 10pm.

Sorry, due to the possibility of attracting bugs, we do not supply any condiments, spices, oils, etc. Please do not leave in the unit any food, beverages, spices, etc. on your departure.

* We do not allow children, the unit is not set up to provide a safe environment for kids.

The pool opens around Easter and remains open until late October, weather depending.

Please let us know about any issues or concerns that you may have immediately! We will help. We want your stay to be a pleasant one and there is not much we can do after you have checked out!

Piscine, appartement très propre !

Très belles appartement avec une petite terrasse et tous les équipements nécessaires , hôte très serviable et piscine grande qui permet de profiter du calme très agréable de cette résidence ! Je recommande fortement !

Bien para descansos breves

El apartamento es tal como se ve en las fotos, esta todo muy nuevo y se esta muy bien y es cómodo, lo único que yo creo que como máximo 3 personas no 4, pues no es demasiado grande y se estaria incomodo. Es un primer piso por lo casi ni se ve el mar pero se esta mejor que si fuera el bajo, el edificio es algo antiguo pero en general no esta mal, la piscina esta muy bien, tiene un tamaño aceptable y el agua esta clara y limpia, se ve cuidada al igual que el césped y los jardines de alrededor. La mayor pega es la situación del edificio y el lugar en general, los supermercados están bastante cerca, la playa no esta lejos unos 600/700m pero hay que atravesar la autovía por una pasarela y esto hace que el andar hacia ella se haga algo pesado, hay dos playas cercanas la de Calahonda que es muy grande, hay mas ambiente pero mas piedras y hay un Mcdonald's y la de la Riviera que es pequeñita pero tiene menos piedras y es mas acogedora, ambas playas no están mal pero las hay mejores por la zona (pero implica coger autobús o coche), el lugar tambien carece de paseo marítimo aunque hay algunos chiringuitos y bares dispersos por la zona. El ambiente es muy tranquilo aunque si eres de sueño ligero los ruidos de fuera del apartamento y de los vecinos te serán algo molestos porque se oye todo, por ello lo recomiendo para estancias cortas y para adultos que busquen tranquilidad y no les importe andar ni le molesten los ruidos con facilidad. En conclusión: el apartamento esta muy bien los dueños son muy amables y ayudan en todo, pero Calahonda no es de los mejores sitios para veranear aunque tambien depende de lo que busques, lo que encuentres disponible y el presupuesto que poseas.
