Villa Arrochella is a large, detached villa standing in its own totally private, extensive and well-tended grounds. With a build size of 480 m2, and overall plot size of 1,860 m2, well-appointed and luxuriously furnished throughout, the property offers you everything you might need for an extravagant holiday in the Algarve. A six minute drive from Vilamoura Marina and a two minute drive to the five star Vila Sol golf resort and hotel. Accessed via its own electric gate, the villa comes with its own 10 x 5 metre swimming pool (which has its own easily removed canopy so can be used all-year round). The property briefly comprises: Four double-size bedrooms, all of which have large en suite bath and/or shower-rooms, open-plan lounge with gas fire, bar, dining room with large table and 12 chairs, fully-fitted kitchen with American fridge-freezer and granite worktops, air-conditioning throughout most of the building.

About Roger and Sandy

We both decided to retire to Portugal in 2015 and bought Villa Arrochella as a running business. We actually live at the villa in a self contained annex which is completely independent from the main house with our dogs and enjoy the area and lifestyle surrounding Arrochella. Previous guests have commented on this and find it a good idea as we are on site if there are any problems but not interfering with there seclusion .

This is a very unique Villa as you are completely secluded yet only minutes away from all the local beaches, bars and restaurants .

What makes this villa unique

We liked Villa Arrochella as it's a short enough journey into the marina, beaches and restaurants but unlike most properties, is not in any way overlooked, being secluded with no immediate neighbours making it a very unique property.

The outside pool has a very unusual feature of having a removeable glass canopy, which traps all solar heat during the cooler months. This therefore means, unlike most properties, the pool can be used all year round.

Wonderful well maintained villa

This is the second time that I've stayed in this villa.

It's spacious, clean and very well maintained. The rooms are dressed to a very high standard and it's really well equipt for kids. The play room is cool and the amount of inflatable toys for mucking around in the pool is brilliant.! The villa is situated in a very tranquil area. With wonderful views.

My friends who stayed with me all said they would return with their family and other friends.

Amazing villa spacious and very clean

When we arrived at the villa we was taken back by the size of it. It is massive!

It has a lovely pool with quality furniture around it to lounge on

There is a amazing outdoor kitchen BBQ area which is were we cooked most of our meals.

The Villa itself is beautifully decorated and furnished. It is immaculate and clean.

We had a amazing stay here and could not of asked for more.

Every thing you need bars restaurants shops etc are only a short distance away.

We could not recommend this place enough

Amazing Property

The villla was stunning ! very clean and spacious! with all the amenities you would expect ! beautiful pool and lounging area.

i would defiantly recommend it to family and friends! beautiful quiet surroundings with lovely views! and a buzzy little town near bye!

The owners where really lovely ! very helpful and friendly! all in all a fantastic holiday and we will be looking forward to rebooking for another trip there very soon .

Fabulous holiday

We stayed at the villa last year for a week fabulous villa lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and beautifully clean loads of space for everyone, wonderful pool and BBQ area very peaceful and relaxed place to stay. Owners were so lovely and kind couldn't do enough to make our stay magical, brilliant places near by for everyone of every age to visit from trendy beach bars with DJ's to lovely romantic restaurants to family friendly bars and beaches.

We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return.

Accessed via electric gates, this is a large Spanish-influenced villa in its own grounds and large private swimming pool and no immediate neighbours. Some of the bedrooms open up onto terraces with views over the well tended gardens with large BBQ and seating area.
