If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, our sunny apartment is the perfect vacation property for you.

It is 10 minutes away from the beach and very close to restaurants and bars that surround the picturesque village's bay. This property is located on the third floor and served with a lift.

Near the apartment there are various shops; like supermarkets, the butcher, confectionery and even a pharmacy. There is also a mini-market (100 meter away) ,which is open till late at night.

The apartment has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests.

MAIN BEDROOM with a king size bed and bathroom en-suite.

Second Bedroom with a double bed. These two bedrooms have got air-conditions and ceiling fans.

Third Bedroom has got a single bed and a balcony with outdoor furniture that enjoys stunning sea view. This balcony is perfect to dine alfresco late in the evenings, or better, having breakfast while enjoying the magnificent view of sunrise over the sun kissed waves.

The Bathroom is very spacious and luxuriously finished with a bath. One can also find a washing machine and hair dryer.

Kitchen combined with dining and living area: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge freezer , microwave , toaster ,coffee machine and electric kettle. It is also well supplied with pots and pans , glasses and cups, dinning plates and cutlery.

The living area is air-conditioned too with cable TV (32inch LCD TV) with various channels , FREE wireless internet ,phone with FREE local calls and sofa. The living area has got a balcony with outdoor furniture too.

Other features that complement our apartment: Drying area ( in the balcony) , full length mirrors , iron and iron board.

FREE SERVICES: Free welcome pack ( wine , milk , water , Maltese bread and cheese spread , tea , coffee , sugar and other Maltese delicacies) ,two electrical adapters , beach towels , towels and bed linen ,Free 24/7 call support and cot on request.

CONDITIONS: This property is a Non Smoking. Guests under eighteen years old should be accompanied by at least one adult.

Further details : The apartment is APPROVED and LICENCE by Malta Tourism Authority.

Reluctantly pets are not allowed and the rooms are all non- smoking .

The use of electricity , ( air-conditions included ) are also included in the rental rates for a maximum of 3 Euro( 15 units ) per night. This usually will be enough to cover the cost of the electric consumption during your stay and only in rare circumstances one had to top up with 1 euro or 2 euro coins , utilizing an automated electricity meter. Extra units will be charged at 20 cent euro per unit (1000kwh).

We are a family of four - my wife, our two daughters and I. We all have a common great interest in travelling and experiencing diverse cultures and traditions.

Great apartment and excellent hosts

Had a fabulous time in this lovely apartment. The hosts were very attentive and we had booked them for the airport transfers which made checking in and out very easy. Plenty of towels and bedding provided for our 2 week stay and lovely to have a welcome basket of fruit, bread, milk, water and wine! Situated in a quiet residential area so little noise but it is difficult to park nearby if you come back after 6pm. That said though it is always possible if you don't mind a short walk and the proximity of the apartment to the restaurants and sea/small beach were great. Also loved exploring the other beaches and coves on the island. Didn't find any amazing restaurants in Marsaskala bit did have lovely meals in Marsaxlokk and Valletta.

Wonderful Apartment

Recently returned from a lovely 4 night break in Malta, staying at Marjan Apartment in Marsaskala, a lovely clean apartment. There were 5 Adults and we were amazed how roomy the apartment was. It was also very clean and well looked after. We didn't have GPS in order to find the exact location of the apartment on arrival, but a quick call to Joseph and within 5 minutes he was kind enough to meet us at the harbour and escort us back welcoming us into our "home from home" for our super break in Malta. The harbour area offers a good selection of restaurants and bars and it is easy to take a bus from the harbour area to other parts of the island.

Well presented spacious equiped apartment

From the moment I enquired Joseph was very helpful and courteous. He also collected us from the airport for a few euros which was great.

He also printed out our return boarding passes which was very kind.

The apartment was set in a residential area, with a mixture of houses and villas in the street. It was great to watch the everyday going ons whilst soaking up the sun on the balcony. The accommodation was enormous, with 2 balconies so sun was available all day. All the things such as iron, board,hairdryer etc were there and the apartment itself was modern and clean. Everything worked as it should and plenty of items for those who cook. The main bedroom had an ensuite with a lovely big shower. plenty of hot water as well.

There is a supermarket 1 min away, as well as the bus stop which was about 2. loads of buses early to late to Valetta, the 3 cities, Marsaloxx and to the airport. a 5 min walk brings you into the town itself, which does not have the touristy feel I have experienced on the other side of the island. There are plenty of places to swim locally, with a mainly rocky sort of coastline, but there is a small beach 15 min walk, which we did loads of times.

Loads of restaurants within walking distances, as well as cafes and bars. We ate at the stuffed Olive with a very good set menu 17 euros.

Would I stay again?. Definitely!!!!

Marjan Apartment What a true gem

We were met by Joseph and his daughters who showed us round the lovely spotlessly clean apartment and took time to explain how everything worked ( aircon, internet Tv etc)

During our stay we had regular messages from Joseph asking if all was ok and if we needed any help finding our way around

The apartment is a minutes walk away from a supermarket butchers and pretty much everything you need to make Marjan Aoartment your home from home, the bay and harbour of Marasasksla are a short stroll and are absolutely beautiful with a fabulous choice of restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes and budgets

We travelled around the island by public transport and found the apartment well serviced by frequent bus routes enabling us to travel all over this wonderful island

At the end of our holiday I accidentally broke the shower door, I explained this to Joseph who said he would let me know what it cost to repair, later that day I received a messsge to say Joseph could fix the door himself and there would be no charge ( what a delight to encounter such a genuine and honest host)

We had a truly fabulous stay in this spacious apartment and I would truly recommend it as excellent value for money in a fabulous location which meant we had a wonderful family holiday

Nice modern apartment very close to all aminities. Would book again

We had a wonderful stay at Joseph and Censinas lovely apartment, very clean and well

provided with everything necessary for our stay. Listing was totally accurate and well

maintained. Excellent customer service, we would certainly recommend the apartment to our

friends, Marsaskala is a beautiful part of Malta to visit and Joseph and Censina a lovely and

friendly couple to deal with.

Great country made better by finding a great apartment!

We were already impressed when Joseph (the owner) met us at the airport after midnight. He took time to drive us around the local area of Marsaskala to show us where the restaurants, sites etc. were. His wife, Censina, joined us at the apartment and they went through all the facilities.

The apartment - wow! We were not expecting the size and comfort it provided. The snacks they left for us served us well during the tourist trips we took over the next few days.

We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who visits Malta. It is spacious, clean and very close to the bus stop, a convenience store, as well as a pharmacy. The bus service is regular and there was no need to hire a car at all. There are several restaurants a mere 10 minute walk from the apartment. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view over the rooftops.

Once again, when it was time for us to leave, Joseph and Censina visited the apartment to enable us to return the keys - always with a smile. Joseph again took us to the airport. They really are the friendliest, most helpful couple we have met in a very, very long time.

Thank you, Joseph and Censina, for a very comfortable stay in your apartment and for your warmth and friendliness. We will definitely be returning!
