The villa is located within the peaceful resort of Puerto Calero which is set in a beautiful Marina with traditional fine restaurants, bars and cafes.

There are many activities to enjoy sailing, deep sea fishing and submarine safari.

The villa is front-line with clear panoramic views over the sea and marina.

With the 3 bedrooms, the villa can comfortably sleep 6 guests in welcoming, air-conditioned interiors, with the added bonus of an outdoor private heated pool.

The villa is set over three floors, comprising of 3 bedrooms (1 air-conditioned double bedroom & shower room, 1 air-conditioned twin bedroom and 1 air-conditioned twin & shower room). 3 bathrooms (including 2 shower rooms and 1 guest shower room). Kitchen, Utility room, Air-conditioned lounge/dining area. Sun terraces with private heated pool and clear panoramic sea views, off road parking and garage.

Lounge / Dining Area:-

The comfortable air-conditioned lounge/dining area has been newly refurbished with soft furnishing and dining table which seats 6, it also has a large patio window which provides plenty of natural lights, and leads straight onto the terrace/pool area.

TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi internet are available.

Kitchen:-

The kitchen is full of natural light and has plenty of work surfaces with a small drop-leaf table and 2 stools, equipped with hob / oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher.

Utility Room:-

The enclosed utility room is equipped with washing machine and clothes airier.

Bedrooms:-

Master bedroom – Air-conditioned large double bedroom, with plenty of storage space & shower room plus balcony which has spectacular sea & marina views.

Bedroom 2 – Air-conditioned with twin beds with plenty of storage space and balcony.

Bedroom 3 – Air-conditioned twin bedroom with shower room. (This bedroom is in the basement).

My name is Helen and I live on a farm in England near Chepstow with my Husband Steve our three children Harriet, Ellis, Spencer & two dogs Toby & Harley.

My husband has been involved in the portable building industry for over 25 years .

Recently, we have set up a recycling business which includes the processing of topsoil and crushed stone.

We have spent many years travelling, seeking our prefect holiday home, after staying in Puerto Calero we finally decided that this was the right place for us, especially with the villas location as a family we enjoy spending time in the sea.

We only purchased our holiday home last month (July '15), which has now been newly refurbished throughout.

What makes this villa unique

The unique benefits that attracted us to this villa was the prefect front-line location, also the villa is in a quiet location, only 5-10 minute walk along a beautiful coastal path to the marina where there are many fine restaurants, cafes and shops.

Exceptional Villa!

Very lucky to be able to say that this was our third stay in this beautiful villa!..and hopefully won’t be our last. The villa is in the perfect location, with everything you could possibly need...whether you want to cater for yourself, or enjoy one of the many lovely restaurants just a short walk away at the Marina.

Villa was clean and very well equipped in a great location

We had a fantastic 14 days in this lovely villa. The shops, bars etc are a short walk away but we got the peace and quiet when we wanted. The harbour is busy and interesting and if you are up to it the walk to Puerto Del Carmen along the cliffs is amazing, if not you can catch the ferry :) Lots of TV channels with a film club are a bonus if you cannot sit outside in the evenings.

It is a five star villa in a five star location we will be coming back

Fantastic villa with stunning views.

This was the second time we have stayed in Casa Atlantis and the standard was as high as our previous visit.

The property was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished indoors and out.

The villa is in a fantastic location with uninterrupted views of the ocean and the marina.Its only a short walk to the restaurants and shops of Puerto Calero and 5 minute taxi ride to Puerto del Carmen.

We really enjoyed our stay and have booked another week for early next year.

Lovely villa with Fantasic View

Just as good as all other the reviews say. A clean, well maintained, comfortable villa with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Heated clean pool and the View must be best on island. Short walk takes you to the lovely marina where there are a good selection of restaurants. Angela, the manager, is on call for any problems and is most helpful.

The marina has a well equipped supermarket as well as some excellent restaurants, cafes and Boutiques.

There is a range of activities including submarine safari, snorkeling, diving, fishing, sailing
