The villa is located within the peaceful resort of Puerto Calero which is set in a beautiful Marina with traditional fine restaurants, bars and cafes.

There are many activities to enjoy sailing, deep sea fishing and submarine safari.

The villa is front-line with clear panoramic views over the sea and marina.

With the 3 bedrooms, the villa can comfortably sleep 6 guests in welcoming, air-conditioned interiors, with the added bonus of an outdoor private heated pool.

The villa is set over three floors, comprising of 3 bedrooms (1 air-conditioned double bedroom & shower room, 1 air-conditioned twin bedroom and 1 air-conditioned twin & shower room). 3 bathrooms (including 2 shower rooms and 1 guest shower room). Kitchen, Utility room, Air-conditioned lounge/dining area. Sun terraces with private heated pool and clear panoramic sea views, off road parking and garage.

Lounge / Dining Area:-

The comfortable air-conditioned lounge/dining area has been newly refurbished with soft furnishing and dining table which seats 6, it also has a large patio window which provides plenty of natural lights, and leads straight onto the terrace/pool area.

TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi internet are available.

Kitchen:-

The kitchen is full of natural light and has plenty of work surfaces with a small drop-leaf table and 2 stools, equipped with hob / oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher.

Utility Room:-

The enclosed utility room is equipped with washing machine and clothes airier.

Bedrooms:-

Master bedroom – Air-conditioned large double bedroom, with plenty of storage space & shower room plus balcony which has spectacular sea & marina views.

Bedroom 2 – Air-conditioned with twin beds with plenty of storage space and balcony.

Bedroom 3 – Air-conditioned twin bedroom with shower room. (This bedroom is in the basement).

We have spent many years travelling, seeking our prefect holiday home, after staying in Puerto Calero we finally decided that this was the right place for us, especially with the villas location as a family we enjoy spending time in the sea.

We only purchased our holiday home last month (July '15), which has now been newly refurbished throughout.

What makes this villa unique

The unique benefits that attracted us to this villa was the prefect front-line location, also the villa is in a quiet location, only 5-10 minute walk along a beautiful coastal path to the marina where there are many fine restaurants, cafes and shops.

Well maintained villa in fabulous setting

Lovely villa directly overlooking the sea.

The owner & manager dealt quickly with a couple of requests we had on arrival.

The pool pump was in operation from early morning till late afternoon , however which prevented full appreciation of the peace & tranquility of the location.

Excellent situation , five minutes walk from the harbour, shops & restaurants & well placed for accessing coastal paths .

Would recommend highly.

Beatiful apartment with unforgeatable sunrise.

The apartment is in conformity with the description: large, clean, well equipped, with a superb terrace overlooking the sea front promenade. The heated swimming pool is an undeniable extra and we were able to bathe everyday in January for the second year in a row. Puerto Calero is the ideal place for those looking for quality holydays. we recommend Casa Atlantis without reserve.

Casa Atlantis is a comfortable and well-stocked property with lovely sea-views, located conveniently close to the marina at Puerto Calero which offers a range of excellent restaurants and bars. We would recommend it to any family seeking comfort, space and quality surroundings.

A home from home

Thanks for a lovely villa to spend our holiday in. Very clean with every facility catered for. We particularly liked the terrace with the fantastic view and the walk to the marina was a daily ritual. Obviously stopping of for a coffee and a bite to eat in the many food outlets in Calero.

We would definitely recommend the area and the villa. Thanks for providing such a wonderful facility in a great venue.

Nearest Airport : Arrecife Airport at 15 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Puerto Calero Marina at 1 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Playa Blanca at 20 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Lanzarote Golf Resort at 8.4 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Puerto Carleo Marina at 1 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Puerto Del Carmen at 6 Kilometres Car: not necessary

There is a main beach in Puerto Del Carmen which takes 5 minutes in the car or there are little coves within 2 minutes walking distance of the Villa.

The Villa is 15 minutes drive from the airport and 30 minutes from the port. Car hire is recommended for sightseeing.

Restaurants and shops are a 5-10 minutes walk from the villa.

The marina has a well equipped supermarket as well as some excellent restaurants, cafes and Boutiques.

There is a range of activities including submarine safari, snorkeling, diving, fishing, sailing
