Very clean and comfortable.

This was the perfect apartment to escape to after the exertions of a family wedding. Plenty of room for two couples and great to have en-suite as well as bathroom. Good to have secure car parking for one car. The only drawback was that, as we arrived very late on both evenings, we did not get to sleep before a certain amount of street noise. We would return again but take ear plugs!

Comfortable flat in central location

Pity about the patronising welcome but a very pleasant place to stay. Flat well appointed, comfortable and in a really good location - walkable to anywhere. We stayed for just a weekend - wandered to Clifton one day and Waterfront the next. Such an interesting and vibrant city, with a real life feel to it. Loads to explore.

Modern well maintained and convenient location

My husband and I stayed here for 9 days. Harry was very hospitable and left us wine and croissants. The appartment is well stocked with a lovely modern kitchen. The photos do not do full justice to just how nice and spacious the flat is with high ceilings. The location is fabulous and walking distance to grocery stores, museums, the cathedral, the university and the quays. The on site parking is very useful. If you are very sensitive to traffic noise on the street or student voices at 2.0 am on Saturday night you might want to find another place - but it did not worry us. We would definitely stay here again - clean and very well maintained and a real home from home.

Great location

Very nice and spacious appartment. Ideal for university related stays. The only minor negative point is traffic noise because windows are not well isolated and appartment is in the ground flor. Otherwise perfect. I would come back.
