Great location

Very nice and spacious appartment. Ideal for university related stays. The only minor negative point is traffic noise because windows are not well isolated and appartment is in the ground flor. Otherwise perfect. I would come back.

Perfect location, generous hospitality

Harry (the owner) was very accommodating. He replied immediately to emailed questions and to discussions of arrival plans. We arrived at 11PM, and he waited to meet us and give us the keys. He went above and beyond, even starting us off with fresh croissants in the bread box and a bottle of wine! The apartment was spacious, very well maintained, well stocked, comfortable, and lovely. We especially appreciated having a dishwasher. The location was perfect. It was central, and yet the street itself is relatively quiet. I could not imagine a better place to stay in Bristol!

This is the perfect apartment in the perfect location to enjoy the interesting city of Bristol.

My family and I (husband, adult son and 6 year old granddaughter) just spent a lovely week in this very special apartment. The experience was stress free. with Harry as the landlord. i received prompt and thorough responses to my many logistical questions even weeks before our arrival. The day we arrived was smooth. Harry welcomed us at the apartment with pastries and a bottle of wine. He showed us around and answered more questions. I can't say enough abut Harry. He was great. The apartment was well appointed, supplied and clean. The kitchen had everything you need. It was all we hoped for. We could walk out and see all the sights. Harbourside was a quick walk. We walked to shopping at Clifdon, to the aquarium and the zoo. There were pubs galore and great ethnic restaurants in walking distance. We were just across from the Bristol Museum. When it rained no worries. Harry supplied an umbrella. I will definitely book here again. Bristol is a bustling University tiwn. You can't go wtong here for a great time.
