Modern well maintained and convenient location

My husband and I stayed here for 9 days. Harry was very hospitable and left us wine and croissants. The appartment is well stocked with a lovely modern kitchen. The photos do not do full justice to just how nice and spacious the flat is with high ceilings. The location is fabulous and walking distance to grocery stores, museums, the cathedral, the university and the quays. The on site parking is very useful. If you are very sensitive to traffic noise on the street or student voices at 2.0 am on Saturday night you might want to find another place - but it did not worry us. We would definitely stay here again - clean and very well maintained and a real home from home.

Great location

Very nice and spacious appartment. Ideal for university related stays. The only minor negative point is traffic noise because windows are not well isolated and appartment is in the ground flor. Otherwise perfect. I would come back.

Perfect location, generous hospitality

Harry (the owner) was very accommodating. He replied immediately to emailed questions and to discussions of arrival plans. We arrived at 11PM, and he waited to meet us and give us the keys. He went above and beyond, even starting us off with fresh croissants in the bread box and a bottle of wine! The apartment was spacious, very well maintained, well stocked, comfortable, and lovely. We especially appreciated having a dishwasher. The location was perfect. It was central, and yet the street itself is relatively quiet. I could not imagine a better place to stay in Bristol!
