This contemporary two bedroom apartment is located in the private Port Pendennis Marina Village and offers a secluded paradise, in which luxury homes surround a beautiful yacht marina. This purpose-built complex, styled after a traditional Cornish fishing village for an authentic feel, offers a host of additional features for the discerning family looking for a quiet place to relax.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, and is furnished to a high standard. The open plan kitchen and dining area features a sturdy dining table complete with leather chairs, giving you a perfect corner in which to enjoy a home cooked meal or sample some of the local takeaway fare. With Rick Stein’s Fish & Chips nearby, there’s no reason you have to do any cooking yourself in order to enjoy the comfort of the dining area.

If you do fancy stretching your culinary muscles, you’ll find everything you need in the kitchen. Beautiful modern units and top quality appliances make this a space you’ll want to spend time in. You’ll find an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer ready to cater to your needs.

Moving to the living room, you’ll find two comfortable leather sofas and an armchair, a coffee table, and a large flat screen television. There’s also a generous window looking out at the marina village, so you have plenty of options to keep you entertained: catch your favourite shows, talk amongst yourselves, or just sit and watch as the world goes by! The property comes with free WiFi, so you can Instagram, post, or Tweet your holiday snaps to your heart’s content.

The bedrooms are beautifully decorated to provide a relaxing place to retreat to after a day of holiday activities. There’s a super-king bed in the master bedroom – be sure to treat yourself to a few lie-ins – a dressing table, and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has twin single beds, and also has its own wardrobe. No one has to live out of a suitcase while staying in Waterside.

The delightful family bathroom features a bath with a power shower over, a WC, hand basin, and large mirror. A heated towel rail ensures that stepping out of the shower is a joyful experience.

Port Pendennis Marina Village is a private complex, only accessible to guests and residents. You’ll find it offers a quiet space to breathe and unwind, complete with amenities including an outdoor tennis court. You’re just a few minutes’ walk away from the centre of Falmouth, where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, galleries and attractions to keep you occupied.

If you want to get even closer to the water, head to the harbour and take a boat trip up the river to Truro or across the water to Flushing. Truro offers plenty to see and do, with easy transport links to the rest of Cornwall, while Flushing is a scenic gem perfect for a tranquil day out. Staying in Falmouth, Pendennis Castle is well worth a visit, and the whole family is sure to love a trip to Ships and Castles Leisure Centre, an exciting swimming pool that offers a 70-metre flume, a wave machine, and a river rapid ride.

The National Maritime Museum Cornwall and Pendennis Castle are located close to the apartment. In Falmouth, there are restaurants to suit all tastes from fish & chips to Rick Stein's Oyster Bar.

The beaches of Gyllyngvase, Castle, Swanpool and Maenporth are all within a mile - while you are here why not learn to sail, powerboat, or even dive?! Day boat hire or kayaks are also available for a relaxing trip up the River Fal exploring all the creeks on the way.
