About this property

A "Longère" type house with 3 bedrooms with garage, a bathroom and an outdoor shower, individual toilet, 300m from the beach, 2 large terraces, one facing south / west and the other at the back for the south / east facing breakfast with sunrise. Very neat house in a modern decor and very well equipped with American fridge, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, 2 ovens, in a very quiet location, at the end of a dead end, on a pine field, in a garden flowery and closed. Garage. A stay in a magical place .... it has been for us for 30 years. Neat bedding. Garden furniture a table 200 x 100 and 6 chairs, and another terrace 1 table 200 x 100 and 4 chairs, 1 sun beds with mattress, 2 deckchairs, 2 coffee tables, parasol etc ... Baby high chair and baby cot if necessary.

Semaine cocooning à l’Epine

Logement très bien équipé et très confortable. Belle et chaleureuse pièce de vie. Proche de la mer et de la forêt. Échanges faciles avec la propriétaire. Seuls bémols : 2 chambres sur 3 très petites pour des adultes et surtout 1 seule salle de bains alors que 2 mentionnées sur le site (il faut aller voir le détail pour s’apercevoir que la 2e est une douche extérieure…).

Excellent séjour

Maison très agréable, jardin bien entretenu, localisation optimale (calme, proximité de la mer, facilité d'accès), très bons équipements. Bref, endroit parfait pour passer d'agréables vacances, à recommander.

Lage toll, Haus ok, Geruch unerträglich

Der Garten ist wirklich schön und das Meer schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus an sich ist gut, leider ist es sehr zugestellt (Küchenschränke sind übervoll , im Wohnraum sind alle Abstellflächen mit Deko etc zugestellt), sodass man kaum Möglichkeiten hat, seine eigenen Sachen zu lagern. Der Geruch im Haus ist sehr unangenehm und setzt sich in allem fest, sodass sämtliche Sachen völlig muffig riechen, wenn man wider zuhause ist. Das ist sehr schade!
