Location is perfect in winter and summer. Modern, nicely decorated apartment.

Apartment Corniche is a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment on the main floor of a beautiful village house. The apartment is in the Centre of Morillon village a sort walk to lac Bleu with a lovely beach, Accrobranche, trampoline, parks, horse riding, mini golf. Morillon has a good range of shops, cafes/bars and restaurants. The apartment is well furnished in modern style, well equipped and sleeps up to 6 people (Bedroom 1 = 1X Double bed, Bedroom 2 = 1X Double bed + I bunk bed).

This property is the ultimate in convenience. Situated across the road from the blue slope, a short walk to the telecabine which takes you to the top of Les Esserts and the Grand Massif's 144 pistes and 267 KM of skiable domain) . Restaurants, bars, ski rentals and food shopping are all immediately accessible. Effectively no car needed!

Cross country skiing is just down the road where you have pistes that you can follow from Morillon to Cirque Fer a Cheval. You will ski along the river, through forest and around lakes.

In the summer the apartment is in the centre of all the local activities. We are close to lac bleu which is a swimming lake with beach, mini-golf, zip wire, pony riding, tennis and volley ball courts. Shops, restaurants, the post office and bakery are all within a 5 minute walk, Morillon village centre is only 100 meters away.

The apartment has a modern open plan layout with a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, dining area, seating area.

About The Owner

We are a Canadian family who have just moved to Morillon from Switzerland. We have thoroughly enjoyed renovating this 19th Century property. It is in such a great location, walking distance to the lift, shops, restaurants. We have 3 children who also love life here.

With it's great location, in the centre of Morillon village. Short walk to lac Bleu with a beach, accrobranche, mini- golf, trampoline, horse riding and tennis. There are many VTT pistes in the Grand Massif to enjoy.

Clean, modern, well equipped home from home chalet

This chalet sits behind the tourist information centre up a quite road, within easy walking distance from the Morillon telecabine, ski hire, small supermarket and bars. It is clean and warm and has everything you need for your holiday.

The weather was beautiful, we enjoyed skiing in the mountains and fun in the sun by the lake at the end of the day. Great place for families. Will definitely stay again.

Really lovely apartment in Morillon Village,perfect accommodation and location

We stayed from the 4th to the 11th March with our 19 and 17 year old boys. The accommodation was perfect for us as the boys had their own space and so did we. Sharing the bathroom which is joined to both bedrooms worked out well. Their is also a separate toilet and sink which is useful when there are 4 of you. It was only a five minute walk to the gondola up to Morillon 1100 and the ski hire was really easy. We used Phillipe Vernet at Twinner which was recommended by the owner. He was really helpful and reasonably priced. We cooked in and ate out which worked really well for us. The owners were exceptionally helpful and made us feel really welcome. We had a great week skiing and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Definitely go back :)

Very tasteful apartment within walking distance of slopes!

Great stay! You can walk to the telecabine, butcher, restaurants - everything you need. You can also take a short drive to visit other towns nearby. The house was very comfortable. Enough space to have drinks and dinner with family or friends. Very nice decor and super nice owner! We had a fantastic family ski holiday and would recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

A little Gem that's ideally situated, modern and very clean!!

This ground floor apartment is centred about 100 yards from the cable car. It's a recently refurbished high quality apartment at a very decent price. The owners live above the apartment (separate entrances etc... ) so are on call should you need them. We however, wanted for nothing! They met us on arrival, explained the lights, heating controls etc (lovely underfloor heating) then pretty much left us alone to come and go as we pleased. It's ideally situated close by shops etc but far enough away to be a very quiet location. Try La Puzza restaurant, it looks like a pizza place but is far more, try the flambe steak!

All the rooms in the apartment were immaculate, the appliances were top class. AMAZING TOASTER!! We just loved this place and if we come back to Morillon Village, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

A little "Star" in Morillon Village

We have just had a great week in Morillon Village. This ground floor apartment was perfect for our needs, spacious. It is tastefully done, comfortably furnished and well stocked with things you would need away from home. The owner provides some basic essentials and a few thoughtful touches that are so often missing from self-catering properties and this made us feel "taken care of" straight away. Our access upon arrival was seamless and we received a very friendly reception. The property is very central , a few minutes walk from the main Gondola up to Morillon 1100 (we hired and stored our skis in a shop just by it) and it is a very short walk from the little supermarket, the pattiserie, the pharmacie and a number of nice restaurants. Our children (15, 13 and 11) enjoyed quality take away Pizza from a restaurant just a few minutes away on the main road through the village. There were 5 of us and we had friends over for dinner too(using a great service recommended to us at www.bonappettit.com) and we had plenty of room. Cannot recommend this apartment enough and hope to revisit ourselves in the future. Thanks for a lovely week. The Sharpes
